Long story short: He explains how his burgers are made which he has been trying everyway possible to make the burger best. He compares making burger and making coffee which he states that different methods in making coffee affecting in different results, so does the burger. He even cooked 3 different parts of meat and ate it without seasoning (not even salt) just to taste them and then he carefully noted how was each of them tasted. And then he even tried to mix the meat to construct the new taste, new texture and new aroma (Example, meat A+B+C is compound no.1 when F+G+H is no.2 and 1 can even be mixed with 2 and so on) and of course, he always takes note of every trials. He also realizes that tomato slice makes inside of burger slipped and sometimes making burgers apart. Then the bacon yet he tries to make the shape of bacon not to flat so the rough surface will help the other ingredients attached. These are just 10% of what he says in the video though. This Taiki guy is really on the another level.

He also choose the bun for burger that every Thai people would like because he have seen some women that not eat the bun because it to heavy so he researh what is the bun that Thai people love the most He found that it is the light bun that not to much butter not to much other 2 thing (I dont know how to explain in english) so he choose the japanese bun then tost it and steam it a bit so it so soft and light but also have a good taste
