Thx for making this vid! I tore my labrum as well but in 2 places and get surgery in 2 days. I am a junior in HS and play football, soccer, and volleyball so I need the surgery. This helps me prep for what to expect in 2 days and recover! Hope you are doing well now!

I’m hopefully getting surgery I’m just waiting for an ultrasound from the hospital but I’m scared I’ve never had this kind of surgery I just had my wisdom teeth removed that’s all
