if you still remeber me then u probably still despise me, but i have to say i appreciate your take on working out, because the majority of gym rats that i know irl basically focus all of their effort into that, while disreguarding things like relationships and school, which in my opinion is exclusively negative. I also appreciate how you try to not force your passion onto other people because again, most people into the gym do that, and i also really dislike that. So yeah good take, good luck, ban me from ur comments if u want idrc

Yeah I remember you, I don’t despise you. I’ve actually been tryna clear the air with people I had bad blood with before. It was a mix of not feeling good about myself and paranoia that caused me to treat certain people the way I did and I deeply apologize for that. I’m not gonna ban you or block you or whatever, you’re chillin man. I appreciate you reaching out regardless of the outcome tho I used to be that gymrat, I used to push everything aside, relationships, other priorities, etc and it really became toxic even tho I was bettering myself physically. I believe people need to find that balance so they can enjoy everything while bettering themselves, whether they be working out, pursuing music, art, etc. it’s taken years and lots of failing to get to a point to where I feel like I can enjoy everything and not beat myself up about it. I never want anyone to be turned away from working out so I’ve learned that lesson of not being so forceful on my advertising of it I’d say.
