Often times when we fail, we blame it on ourselves. I believe that this is a very dangerous belief to have. So today I'm going to show you how to deal with failure and also give you some tips on overcoming the fear of failure itself. And I'll be doing this by showing you an alternative mindset that you can adopt.
Not having this mindset might be the reason why you keep failing. It's something that I personally use when dealing with failure - to keep myself motivated. It's something that also drastically increases your chances of getting to where you want - as it forces you to think strategically.

I can relate. I'm a 29 year old security guard still living with my parents. I failed in the military, school and countless jobs. One of my problems is I care too much about what people think about me when in reality their not even thinking about me. I was in physical therapy program but flunked out but I regret giving up and shouldve just taken kinesiology again. Be persistent and learn from my mistakes. Don't be like me or you'll end up like me.

This… resonates with me a lot. I’m failing at schools because of procrastination, lack of focus on my tasks, relying on others to do their job even when I know that they won’t do and repeating the same mistakes before wallowing in self pity. I’m trapped in this quicksand of failure, the more I struggle, the more I sink further.

Everyone procrastinates. But when you start to procrastinate, i want you to go deeper into what your procrastinating on and what will be the result if delay or do not do whag you have to. Your mom calls you for dinner and you're sitting in your room upstairs. You procrastinate and don't want to go down. What will happen if you don't go down? You will get shouted at by your mom, you'll waste a bunch of food, you'll be hungry, you'll be unhealthier and weaker the next morning. This action only brings you ruin. You ruin yourself. That means you don't have any love, care or respect for yourself. You are also not grateful that your mom made you some warm tasty food and that you are able to eat food in safe shelter and don't have to worry about not having anything to eat. Now, it is very clear that this action brings you ruin. This should be enough reason to now go and eat the food. When you start doing this often, you'll start evaluating it quicker till you can evaluate if the action brings ruin or benefit without even looking at all the reason why. This worked for me, hope it works for you. Also remember, Work out to out work.

I’m so far beyond what you’ve said that you can’t understand. The perpetual failures have taken every bit of joy and confidence from my former skills. It seems that at 40 it all started downhill and has done nothing more than pick up speed. No amount of positive thinking will change that.

I keep failing and overthinking, I keep thinking about my situation, family and even though I always study and stay up all night preparing for an exam. I still fail, as of now I don't have motivation to study anymore. I am overloaded with things to worry not only about school. Idk what to do anymore. I don't even feel sad anymore when I get low score.

Failure is proof that you are trying, so never let it bring you down. Instead, take it as encouragement to try harder the next time. Of course, it is easier said than done, but with time everything will work out.

It's always so bad when you fail and people tell you, you have to have something with your mind or brain because it can't be that you still fail. This is just the wrong way. I now see it

Hey improvement pill, are you interested in making a video about toxic relationships? (Like what kind of or type of friends you should have, how you can be a better friend etc...)

Can relate I keep gaining weight up 3 pounds a week im less than a stone from being overweight. I tried a healthy diet but it was very bloating. I noticed this when i was younger it disturbed me. My strategy was great on paper I've identified im bloating from grains. Was up several inches this morning. I would have been better of counting my intake more and stop driving myself off a cliff. I've severe enough hypothyroidism. More effort is often less.

Erm, i searched this video. I was always like that. Still in my teenage years, i feel like im not doing anything correct, rely on opinions, have a lot of self-doubt and get jealous of other peoples lives. Honestly, i dont even know how to help myself at this point... I keep doing what somehow makes me feel better.
