I threw in the towel too, but as a result I’ve become more ambitious and actually working on my goals. I feel less pressure now that I don’t have to constantly go out of my way to impress anyone. Yet I still encourage men to date, good families are still needed to preserve the future.

The red pill is a total misnomer. It's really the black pill and is toxic as hell for society, and esp. for men. I'm glad you survived it, and kept your wits about you, enough to not drown in the toxicity of it all.

You are right, the only problem with the red pill is anger. Sometimes this knowledge brings you back to your old anger. But most of us are true alphas when we are relaxed.

But as I mentioned in my post and as LFA did as well, you have to enjoy your life. When you do, others will notice. And it becomes contagious. People want to be around you. It's like politics; you can spit all of the facts that you want, but some people just aren't interested. They view you as a Debbie downer and want no part of what you're bringing to the table. Save that stuff for people who are interested. Like Rollo Tomassi says, find your tribe. But out in public being blue pill alpha is the way to roll. You're essentially "Chad" by default.

It's not an age thing, at least not directly, it's that your testosteron levels drop significally which causes a man to focus on something else. If a 50 year old man had the same t levels he had when he was 20 he would still act somewhat similar to a young guy. I found this out while being in my 40s. It's not really the experiences and knowledge it's our damn biology

there are generally 3 types of guys 70-75% of men: beta - typically afraid/avoidant of risk (i cant do that my boss/gf/wife/etc. wont let me), easily controlled, has a job and boss, etc. "ask my wife" "happy wife happy life" (example: most men) lives in state of fear of loss. locked down to one location. gives up freedom to maintain a specific lifestyle. 20-25% of men: alpha 1.0 - wants to control others and be heard (you better not do this/that, you must follow my orders) gets very angry and thrown off center when others dont play ball or disagree. either has a job or business where he tells others what to do. extreme example (andrew tate, trump) around 5-10% of men: alpha 2.0 - is free from being controlled or caring to control others, lives in a state of abundance, (always has multiple girls and options for s3x), extremely outcome independent and indifferent. has independent location income and is free from being told what to do or telling others what to do. doesnt have one woman controlling his s3x life. not reliant on any "one" thing in any area of life. freedom and long term happiness are the goal. extreme example (gene simmons) none of these are necessarily better than the other . to say that beta is worse than alpha or vise versa is ridiculous. it all comes down to how you specifically want to live and what youre willing to put up with or lack there of to be. you can literally pick and choose which type of person you want to be and it can change due to different life situations and life styles.

@@gregpettis1113 I have found that the power snatch and snatch grip high pulls really work the traps more than any other exercise. But I agree, I am using them more to stay athletic (e.g. explosive) as I age instead of doing plyometrics.

I think what is now called red pill is really black pill. What is alarming is how what was called red pill several years ago has completely morphed. I dropped out of politics for a few years, but when I did, red pill was being aware of how the establishment was creating an illusion that kept us trapped on a hamster wheel, and how the elite were pulling our strings. Now it's all about men hating women and blaming them for pretty much all the ills of society. This is pretty much worse than feminism, which at least didn't discourage women and men from having families, though it did alter the nature of the family in many bad ways. Now the red pill is telling men to not have families, to not get w/ women at all, because they all have this horrible, immature and selfish nature, and are also to blame for any breakdown in male/female relationships. Someone diabolical is definitely orchestrating this mind shift.
