No wonder in Bujinkan many of the attacks start with grab first, making more sense now. Accuracy increase thay much with grab 👌

Great video! I think the idea of having no techniques is misunderstood. Bruce Lee himself made the point to say you can’t just show up and say here I am. Essentially, saying you can’t preform on instinct alone. Being formless in my opinion only works if you learn enough to dispel first. And, like you were saying, you need a foundation.

I'm rather enthused to delve into the topic of instinct, particularly natural instinct. May I pose a question that's been on my mind? Why is it that well-trained individuals appear to move with such measured grace, evading strikes with ease, yet are able to land their own blows with remarkable precision and speed, especially in comparison to those less trained or untrained? It's truly fascinating!

Wonderful content. I do question if that blissful state beyond body and mind is a representation of what we are or what comes after death. To me, it’s the nervous system at it’s ultimate relaxation and openness point. It’s simply sensing within and without in perfect balance and so “you” disappear. Does this state exist beyond a functioning nervous system? And before you drop your eyes in quickly assured, perhaps smug reflective yes, with a quote on the ready, consider it.

What about. Your the formula style. To see if there is actual future for new development. First we have to find them and then work with it only the way we get experience.

The outcome becomes never-ending. The art, in the science of the martial art, it's getting complicated... sigh. Shatters the tot murderer.

Plea of innocence by permission of changing the attributes. Tributes of reason of by no reason. Granted if you come forward with your own natural instict responsibility. So natural instinct can be distorted and be the cause to not stepping forward. But when granting adjudication, it becomes an example of moments when you have to step forward like you were given the opportunity and the chance.
