I Don’t think there are many fillers in this drama like in others that I’ve watched. All the scenes that do not include the two leads are essential to understanding what is going on around them that plays into how they react to each other or it explains something relating to them and their storyline. Usually historical Korean dramas tend to drag out palace political conflicts weighing them down. However, this one keeps me at the edge of my seat in every episode.

He had excellent reasons for that

Por falso testimonio acusándolo de conspirar contra su hermano rey, Yi Seon. Pero Mong woo se escapa y sobrevive. Entiendo que tiene motivos suficientes y valentía en cumplir su plan de gran venganza. Más allá de la historia romántica, el gobierno del rey anterior y la Corte de los funcionarios y Reina Viuda conspiran por el poder como en todos los dramas históricos.

I agree lol I find it funny that been gay is look as bad in Korea but they sure have many dramas like this, where men has feelings for women dressed as a men lol

I guess the viewers are just gonna have to pretend that they are actually women who are dressed as men…cause ALL I SEE is a woman in menʻs clothing, lol😮😮😮🎉😂😂

i wonder if im soohyang played this role, she couldve nailed it. idk why she always acts is unnoticeable bad kdramas .she is so underrated actress, i love her performance too. she might look great in gender bender role like this one. he expressions are on point too. but the director took shin sekyung because the role needs some boyish innocence. im soohyung has that innocent ,but major problem is height difference with ml .
