I know people wanted Luigi's misadventures to be playable, but it would ruin the joke. The whole point is Luigi gives you this rosy version of what happened with him being the dashing hero, and then you talk to his partner who tells you what a disaster it actually was because of Luigi specifically. It's best that's left to the imagination. And how small spaces were was something I always though about with The Thousand Year Door. The original had some really big and open maps like Dry Dry Desert, Jade Jungle, and Flower Fields which the TTYD lacked. However, this is a remake, and it is true to the original which is what people want. Let's wait for a remake of the original even the next game which will hopefully follow TTYD's approach to characters, storytelling, and battles.

People who complain about this game are literally like that kid from SpongeBob complaining about pistachio ice cream.

The remake having postgame content? Nice. There was something I had a minor disappointment with the original TTYD, even though the game saves after defeating the final boss, and the final boss is no longer in their room after you defeated them, there was no real point to keep playing that save file after beating the game. Now it seems the remake fixes that by giving you actually something to do after beating it, besides trouble center quests you didn't do before beating the game

I'm so happy this game gotten an tremendous positive reviews. This is what every new Paper Mario game should've been. Keep the gameplay & style that was great about the first 2 Paper Mario games, while also given us an new story/plot and features. Nothing against Super or any modern Paper Mario games afterwards. But why did change them is something I'll never know. I don't mind they tried to experiment things. But they really missed the mark on what made the first 2 Paper Mario game so special to begin with. Hopefully the next one will go back to it's original style.

Well i heard that there are Indeed Some New Post game bosses and if that's true then yea i can forgive them for not having a boss rush but if they're isn't any new post game bosses, then yeah what was the point in canceling people's pre orders there would be nothing really to spoil so i highly doubt that they didn't add at least some new post game bosses at least imo.

I love the people complaining that combat is hard they're so use to their auto attacks that require -10 brain cells to achieve... Makes me pray that if the new Mario and Luigi game speculation is true they stick to a hard combat mechanic.

Imagine if: Paper Mario Sticker Star, Colour Splash, and Origami king ALL got remakes with the OG battle style? Super Paper Mario would be the only unique one, and hat one really can't be altered without fundamentally changing the entire game.

I've been watching Derrick Bitnerd streamed playthrough playlist of the GC version ever since he streamed it on GameXplain then moved it to his YT channel Bitnerd Games when he left GameXplain I hope Andre Segers of GameXplain does a full game streamed playthrough playlist of the TTYD remake if he does I'll stop watching the GC version playlist and start watching Andre Segers TTYD remake playlist. I wish they didn't add the trans thing though it mightnot be much in games but in real life its a sin.

Everyone is lying to themselves or have low self esteem when they say it is alright for the game to run as slow as it does not just in the game proper but on the menus too. To those praising the quality of life time saving shortcuts, not only does that make you a whiny person but not a fan of traditional rpgs. At the end of the day upon finishing the game you would have wasted more time on loading times compared to the original due to how lazy of a job Nintendo approved. The addition of annoying voices to partners, the default lower difficulty with no way to reverse it to the original and the butchered remaked songs make for a great game for fans who value themselves no more than someone who showers once every week.
