@@Jukantos Cancelo's attitude problems are well known from his time at Inter and Juventus. Also over the last few months, Cancelo has been poor defensively. His poor positioning led to often times, defensive lapses. Also, why would Pep keep a player that was clearly disgruntled at being at the club? Keeping a player like that would only worsen the dressing room atmosphere and infect other players with negative energy. We have all seen this happen in other top clubs like Man Utd under Mourinho when he fell out with players like Pogba etc. Even Arsenal under Arteta. Aubamayeng is said to have been a toxic player behind the scenes and there's a video that was doing rounds on the internet where Aubamayeng was doing an interview and he said some really salty things about Arteta but it was after he had left the club. Now with Aubamayeng out of Arsenal, they look like a completely differebn team this season. Pep knows all to well about toxic players and how they can damage the team's morale. Also, even if Cancelo's departure affects City this season in terms of silverware, there is always next season and also City will strengthen certain positions including that left back role in the next transfer window in the summer.

Cancelo has not been happy for some time now and he has been playing poorly because of it. If he has a beef with Pep then he should have never allowed for it to go to the pitch with him. Play like the outstanding player you are and resolve your problem with the DT outside of the pitch. If you find no solution to your problem with Pep then ask to be transfer. Cancelo did not do that. Cancelo has been playing poorly for some time now and Guardiola took notice. I rather keep Pep Guardiola as the DT than a happy Cancelo and no Pep Guardiola.

I don't think you followed the Sane story properly. Sane- just like Cancelo, Laporte, Bernardo- have all at some point been unhappy with game time and Guardiola told them that he couldn't garuantee any of them game time. Pep plays anyone who's on form, he doesn't have favorites, some decide to leave some stay and fight for their place. If you have followed City you will know that Bernardo on one season was important and played less in another, the same has happened with Laporte and others, recently Foden and Grealish, and Sterling
