The title is a take on Peyton Place, a popular romantic TV show at the time. I certainly wish this video was of better quality! Enjoy the songs, story, and fun. The song titles follow.

@LaurelT1948 Have you notice how Bobby inserts Bobby Lee into many of his songs like he does here. Summertime is one of them. Love the look Bill gives Bobby when he starts singing.

@spoodlew Fair enough. Bill was writing from his own perspective. But he truly missed Bobby, and still pays tribute to him in his shows. I saw this in the show I saw recently. And their families are still close.

Leslie Gore has a great singing voice - looking pretty good too! Don't know who the other girl is but I used to have same hair and make-up!!! Fantastic days. Never seen this side of Bill and Bobby. (U.K. fan here. ❤)

Lesley was great, and quite intelligent, as well! The other singer is Donna Loren. I could never get my hair to flip, so I adopted the beatnik style. I liked jazz and poetry, anyway!. So glad you liked the video! Be sure to see Koko Joe to see the Brothers really cut up!

Bill Medley has a one of a kind voice. Did you know “ You’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feeling” was the most played song of the 60s ?

Yes, his voice is unique. All of those beautiful microtones, and that rasp! Actually, Lovin’ Feeling is the most played song of the 20th century, according to BMI. It’s also cited for artistic merit by the Library of Congress. Just incredible!
