This rink build is awesome! Idea: How about the Coach Jeremy invitational hockey game? Most probably need to be locals, as the weather would affect the date, but set up 2 or 3 dates for the event. Have your sponsors, fires, cooking, families, and the game. There is a lot of content for you.

Good video, a little tip from a zamboni driver; Use candlewax on your shovels, snow falls right off.

Alright. YOU OH US a 25 minute video of you guys playing hockey n stuff!!!! You also need a Real Goalie in modern up to date gear. I'm that goalie! You can pick me up at Bathurst and Lawrence. I don't drive. I'm bicycle guy all year round. Yep I was ridding yesterday in the -17 weather !!! I am one heck of a goalie though. Thanks for all the content. See you at 2:00pm Friday. Awesome rink. Try Armor All while the shovel is warm rub it in and buff it off before use

Electrical tape on shin guards(not sticks of course) is great. Its cheaper and it stretches to get the guards nice and tight.

You need a well and a hot water heater in that shed or pipe out some water from the house might be the cheaper option. You have enough grade for sure that way you don’t have to drag all the hoses out of your basement everytime you wanna flood the ice.

Ceramic polish (car) works well on snowblower

You have to rub the spray into the plastic. I also found that silicone waterproofing spray works better.... but let it dry or cure before using.

You should put tiles down in the warmer months so you can play on roller blades

Take some broken sticks and mark where the rubber mats are going to the A frame so you don’t step off when there is snow covering them

Maybe electricity works differently on Canada? 😊 I'm so stressed out about the extension cord plugs just being dropped in the snow without a cover. I nearly died when old mate pulled that plug out of the snow (both ends) and plugged them straight in.
