The Rock actually lost muscle mass since he retired from wrestling. Which is probably around the time he got off Steroids. He might still use HGH which is not a steroid and is found in testosterone boosters at GNC. This means he no longer uses them. Also the Rock admits to using Steroids in the past. He's completely open about that fact. Which is the big difference between Dewayne Johnson and the Liver king. It didn't take someone finding out. He admitted to it when the rumors started floating around about it. Rather than denying it and trying to claim to be all natural at that time.

Which doesn't rule out hgh. which is found in testosterone boosters from GNC and other health stores. Look up how much HGH is in testosterone boosters. Here's a hint most have some amount of human growth hormones in them. It's generally small doses. But it's also legal and undetectable because your body naturally produces HGH. That's how you grew to the height you are and how you naturally gain muscle throw exercise. Human growth hormone is a protein of 191 amino acids which naturally occur in your body. Adding more HGH to your body can create some of the same results as certain steroids,and people often confuse HGH with steroids. So he maybe using testosterone boosters that have HGH in them. Which would help maintain to an extent his size. Without the side effects of steroids. Thus making him technically natural. At least if anyone gave him a drug test for PEDs. Get it ?

You can gain muscle into the mid-60s but nothing like the level of Rock in addition to remaining relatively lean. So I agree the Rock is using peds but just know you can get net gain (gain a tad more than your loss due to age) into the 60s, albeit very little and crazy amount of effort.

I used to work for Optimum Nutrition and we used to sell "The Rock" Johnson steroids. They were, at the time, untraceable to p.e.d. tests and he used to order them under an alias. Funny because we weren't allowed to talk about it or whatever but our supervisor had a big mouth and when you get fired you could care less about keeping company secrets!! Wish I could remember the alias he used but honestly, I haven't worked there in like 8 years... This video just made me remember... Also didn't think it mattered, I mean how dumb you have to be to believe anybody that big never used steroids to begin with?!?
