Definitely. But she's right, Rodtang is a notably violent man in a very violent sport. These two had a fight that was supreme skill vs relentless force. Rodtang is extremely resilient, almost disturbingly so, and hits very very hard.

DJ is a stud, period. He's as good at MMA as Rodtang is at Muay Thai, and he's got balls that clank. DJ signed up to fight Rodrang straight up Muy Thai and I see people trash talking him in the comments. Yes, of course Rodtang would have been an almost impossible fight for DJ, just like it would be for almost every other fighter in the world that isnt the best Muay Thai fighter ever. But, DJ showed us the truth. He handled Rodtang in the MMA rounds the way people said Rodtang would handle him in the Muay thai rounds, but then he handled the Muay Thai rounds way better than anyone could have guessed. You can stop with the excuses and the it's and but's. They fought. He handled round 1, and then he ate Rodtang up in round 2

Thai boxing is an amazing martial art, but the world knows you can't compete in mma without grappling skills Rodtang is a beast, but he had as much chance against mighty mouse in mma as Tyson fury has against John Jones in no holds barred

idk how i felt abt the rules. as a fighter if i was in dj's position i wouldnt do mma even though thats what he was best at-a well rounded fighter. i would fight muay thai because rodtang would be at a huge disadvantage because muay thai has no ground game. if i were to fight rodtang, i would want to fight him with no groundgame because i know both ppl would be comfortable. ground game against muay thai is a cheap shot sort of.

@@deltawyd2985 Muay Thai rules in this case basically just handicapped DJ though. Rodtang could still use most of his skill set in the MMA round and got manhandled. The Muay Thai rules are just there to protect rodtang from DJ's skills in this case And that's why MMA fighters are better. They train in standup and grappling. Let's say in a free fight where they are free to use whatever skill set they possess who do you think will win?

I just feel like the whole point of mma is so people can display real life scenario fighting skills OBVIOUSLY NOT 100% ACCURATE because they have safety rules and padding so they arent killing each other… my point being, we knew dj would destroy rodtang round 2 seeing the muay thai round was pointless I watch mma to see which mma’s work best together and whos the best fighter… idc whos the best at ONE martial art because no one martial art is perfect they all are good and combinations make the perfect combatant… so why waste time with JUST muay thai it doesnt truly display whos the better mixed martial artist…

Big fan of DJ but the rules aint fair enough...in kick boxing you either win by scores or knocking out..in jujitsu, once you have grab the opponent put his back down and the opponent is not an expert on mma, it benefits you for the win..and thats happened..big W to rodtang for not even tapping

@@Drogas3653 well its not about street fight..prolly dj would win in a free fight coz he have better experience using full body..but im taling for the sport..mau thai fighters dont train much of submissive holds therefore not good at escaping it either..plus its very hard to just KO in the first round to secure the win..thats why i refuse to believe the "he's better than him" when two fighters from different field fight each other..make dj fight kick boxing every round, the result might be different..rodtang is a beast in his ground and so is mighty mouse

Funny comment in hindsight considering DJ handled the Muay Thai round very well.....but Rodtang looks clueless on the ground when the rules are MMA. In Rodtangs current form he would not be quite as dangerous as a MMA fighter.
