Can't ever listen to this tune without bringing up the brilliant saxophone work by Sonny Rollins who is one of the top 10 sax players in history. Be careful if you start listening to his work you can't stop. He is spellbinding. He's the kind of guy that when you want to play a specific song on an album ... you are just so captivated that before you know it ... you are at the end of the album and you don't know how you got there ...

Perfect friendship song, released in 81 just after I graduated in 80. Reminds me of the days in the 70’s at the arcade waiting for my buddies, to just shoot some shit. Play games, shoot pool or whatever.

really loving the Stones marathon, the costume, the whole thing is great and the song choices are good too. they are definitely one of the most iconic bands ever, they had a number 1 song when i was one year old in 1965, and i went to see them at a stadium tour last summer 2019!! look forward to more Stones. You Can't Always Get What You Want (full album version) is my favorite...just sayin' :)

My favourite song EVER is a Rolling Stones song that is never played anywhere. It's the song that I judge all other songs against and I've never heard better than it. It's called Through the lonely nights. See if you like it

I love this song. It reminds me of a time when I have been listening to the Rolling Stones with my best friend. We`ve been drinking Earl Grey with milk, talking about problems, doing homework, or crafting :))) She has been my friend since the 6th grade and I love her to bits. Had the pleasure of meeting Keith once and hanging out with him backstage before a show with his solo band, the X-pensive Winos because he was a good friend of a very good friend way back when. Ended up hanging out with his drummer Steve Jordan (the original house band drummer for the David Letterman Show) for a couple of days, lol. Hit me up and I’ll tell you the story privately. They all behaved honorably and much fun was had.

Two things. The building in NYC that Mick and Keith are in the doorway of, is the building on the cover of Led Zeppelin's Physical Graffiti album. The building is still there today and looks the same. The other thing is someone brought up the idea of asking Jazz great saxophone player Sonny Rollins to play on this, and Keith said, "he won't play on one of our records", but he did! That fantastic sax you hear is him, and it is just gorgeous.

I'd like to see your reaction to the Stones' "Angie." So far, JayveeTV is the only one I have seen react to it. It's a little different from the Stones' usual heavy beat, in that it has beautiful melody. It'd be nice to see some of you break out of the echo chamber and do some different songs from these artists.

Thats Peter Tosh on the steps Maam. Stones are fantastic. My favourite album is Black and Blue. Have a listen to that. Keef was good friends with Toots Hibert. Try some of Toots and the Maytalls.

Is there any way you could reac to to Amália Rodrigues? She was one of the best singers in my country, she sings a music style called Fado. My favorites are probably ''Povo Que Lavas No Rio'' or ''Grito''. Very beautiful but sad songs.
