I just wanted to write this and scrolled down and saw your comment. I also noticed that she can handle the calf better than Charles. I mean she could hold it whereas he looks very soft with them. It seems he was careful not to hurt it and rather let go.

She doesn’t hurt the dog. The Queen threw something for the dog to fetch and Anne kicks it in the road, in front of the dog. If you slow the vid down, you can see that Anne doesn’t hit the dog with her foot. Princess Anne has been good with animals all her life. Andrew was cruel to animals as a boy and Harry is physically abusive to his polo ponies.

King George VI was never a Grand Master. That in itself is interesting... If the King doesn't rule the Kingdom, then whom does...?? Since then, Eddie insisted that a Royal must hold that position. In any case. Things do go deeper than Queen Victoria, to Henry VIII himself, who was highly upset on the Pope, as we all know. :))
