You missed out Leading seaman, warrant officer and commissioned warrant officer. The top rank is Admiral of the Fleet, not fleet admiral.

Artificers wore the same cap badge as Chief Petty Officers, bit with a purple backing. Note that during the first world war the CPO's cap badge did not have a wreath surrounding it, as it does today. The wreath was introduced in 1920, when Petty Officers started wearing "fore and aft rig".

So if you pause the video at 5:49, the "Class 1 No. 1 dress (Eng)" (first uniform on the left) is what Artificers wore. The most obvious difference (apart from the cap badge) between an Artificer and a CPO is the lack of non-substantive rate badges on the collar of the jacket. Notice as well that the Chief Petty Officer's jacket doesn't have the cuff buttons as shown on the Artificer's jacket; these only became standard for CPOs in 1920.
