I'm officially adopting a Charlie Hunnam lifestyle. Doing 75 pullups, 75 dips, 150 squats, 150 pushups & 20 minutes of ab work. I'm doing it for the mental aspect as well. 20 different ab exercises & doing some traveling & cooking starting next year.

What does Charlie have in his mouth at 1:34? When I saw this video a year ago, I mistook it for a toothpick. But it's clearly not, upon closer inspection. What is that thing? Let me know. My guess is it's the stick of a lollipop that he just finished.
