In this episode, we continue to learn about the evolution of the Seventh Day Adventist Church and the Sabbath. Rachel Oakes was a Seventh Day Bapist and felt strongly about following God. She confronted Frederick Wheeler after communion, telling him that he should follow God all the way. How do you respond when something you are doing is pointed as being wrong? Frederick had to grapple with this question after an encounter with Rachel Preston in Washington, NH that would change the course of his life and ministry.

Who has found IN the Bible that praying to God has to be done with closed eyes? Who has found IN the Bilbe that praying to the Creator has to be done with bowed head? Who can show IN the Bible that sending up a message to the Almighty should be done with fingers entwined? If it is not IN the Bible, where does it come from? If it is not IN the Bible, is it not time to stop it immediately? If no Bible gives mankind those formalities is it not time to follow the Biblical instructions?

Let us not give Mr.Foy an excuse. He was a free will black man who could have done amazing things for enslaved individuals at that time. He too, told God no. Both black and white men denied the call. You will say it was because of racism and I will tell you who is greater, God or racism?! Let me know okay. Mr. For said no too.
