I am not a fan of Selleck for the last5 years or so. I find his breathing habit SO annoying. My feelings toward him are also fueled by his commercials using his Frank status and endorsing reverse mortgages. I find that quite reckless. It's obviously working because new ads keep coming. I still watch the show though. Good cast.

She passed a few months ago from Alzheimers and Dementia and Blue Bloods was on her tv. Sir, I thank you for all the work you have done and I wish you peace & happiness in all you do from now on. ❤

Blue Blood is the best show on TV. My husband was a NYCPD officer for 21 years. My son and grandson are now police officers. I lived in NYC, The Bronx, and so many areas on the show remind me of those places. I miss so much. The Sunday dinner, remind me of my family growing up with my grandparents coming for dinner, and we set up the dinning room table. We don't do that anymore, the kids all live in other areas, and everyone is too busy now to do dinners. So Blue Blood is the only show that brings me back to the good days. Yes, Police officers are in a dangerous job, I prayed every day when my husband went to work. Thank God he came home safe. Tom , I know you want to be home with your wife, so God speed on your retirement, but the show can still go on with the rest of the cast. There are so many stories to be written. Thank you so much Blue Blood Producers for the greatest show on TV.

"Magnum PI" was a great series. It was so well-written and Tom's character was so likeable (not to mention, easy on the eyes). How nice to know he's always been just as he comes across, w/o any airs or pretentiousness about him. I remember when Rosie O'Donnell invited him on her show only to use the opportunity to pounce on a debate over gun control despite being an "ENTERTAINMENT" show and not so she can set up her guests and pontificate her political views like she did, getting all hot under the collar and interrupting and going off on him like he was the enemy. What a miserable, crappy thing to do Rosie!

I dont know when his name became a household name for most people but for me and my friends who were the same age as Tom, his name was a household name when he did some early ads. Why is it that well written, interesting shows are pushed to an end? Hopefully another network picks up the show since CBS no longer wants it even though it is a very popular show. It would be wonderful if Mr. Selleck were to make another movie about "Three men and....", he has a wide range in acting, believable in serious roles and delightful in comedies. I have had a crush on Tom Selleck since Magnum P.I. and I feel I always will, I dreamt of meeting him but alas... one does not get every wish to materialize. It would have been wonderful if he had played Indiana Jones (better than Ford) but he is by far more recognized and loved from Magnum and Blue Bloods. May we still see gorgeous Tom Selleck in movies and TV.

This video made no mention of what I regard as Tom Selleck's best performances. First and foremost, he had you believing that he was Eisenhower by the end of the film Countdown to D-Day and made for an outstanding Monte Walsh, a remake of the cinema that starred Lee Marvin. I loved both of those movies, but the made for TV movie starring Selleck stuck closer to the novel.

Thank you Tom Selleck for entertaining us throughout the years, brilliantly. Blue Blood has been epic and you will be missed. Tom Selleck, will also be greatly missed by so many, even Down Under. I never missed a Magnum PI show and was enthralled with Quigley Down Under. For an unknown reason I thought the film had been shot at Cossack in the Pilbara WA. Considering I lived in the NT for 10 years and Pilbara for five, the set designer did a brilliant job with authenticity. Yes I also know both the other two locations where filming took place in Victoria. Mind being 8 years younger than Tom Selleck, who has always been and still is a hunk and what my generation called a real Heart Throb. I really hope Tom decides to do more filming as he still has many good years ahead of him.

The Ventura County district attorney's office where my sister is working also confirmed that no case has been referred to it for prosecution. The private company that delivered the water paid for the water they took but broke state and local rules when it took the water from one district Calleguas Municipal Water District, Ventura County and transported it to Hidden Valley which is in a different water district. He only had to pay for the private investigator. My sister and her husband also live there and they also received water when the wells were empty. It was always paid directly to the same company.

I don't care who you are, by the time that you're Diagnosed, you find you've fallen into an abyss and the **_FACT_** that Tom Selleck has the Disease, R.A., yet was/is able to climb out of that proverbial hole, continuity in hand, is extremely noteworthy. Thanks Tom. For all of your work that brought so many an inside look at a city and it's police dept. And that wonderful tour with Quigley as he made his way in Australia. Always with class and of course your wonderful acting ability. You enjoy that farm and a long life with the love of yours.

No No No - this cannot be. My brother and I set our TV watching based on when Blue Bloods will be on that day! The story plots are awesome, we love seeing the Terraciano brothers grow up together on the show... Nikki always provides enlightening situations in her life in NYC. We adore Danny - the bad boy, Jamie - Saint Jamison, gorgeous Erin and her Anthony, love Pops but the guy at the head of the table would be incredibly missed along his TV family. He reminds us of growing up with our own father at the head of the table... the voice of reason, of power and of love. If "Frank" doesn't want to quit and a gazillion fans don't want the show to end, WHY oh WHY would you take it off the air?? Check the ratings for the reruns alone! It's the one show that you can watch with your brother or your mother and not be embarrassed... people are tired of those shows that are nothing but romance, cheating, soap-opera type, gossip... History and Travel channels are flooded with Ancient Aliens or Ghost and Paranormal... they can't find anything better than that?? Pleeeeeez don't take Blue Bloods away...😪

Not a big tv watcher but always liked Magnum PI back in the 70's. My wife always said Tom Selleck looked like me, so we got something in common!

Blue Bloods has been mine and my wife's favorite TV show for years! We still record and watch the reruns on ION. And yes, the Sunday dinner segment is always a favorite scene.
