Narcissistic personality disorder is almost always linked to childhood trauma, it locks the sufferer mentally at the point of trauma and stops them truly growing into adulthood. Don't waste your time pitying them though, narcissists like their mental illness. Trumpenstein's orange monster is no average narcissist, it is a psychopath. I worked for a psychopath and the patterns are identical to Durr Trumnpenfuhrer's, including the micro expressions. When a malignant narcissist/psychopath gets caught out you can see their narcissist's mask slip and you can see the rot at their centre, the evil flows from their eyes. When you watch Trumpenstein's orange monster ignore it's air accordion playing, ignore it's word salads, concentrate only on it's boat race, you'll quickly see what it is as clear as an azure sky in summer. Everything it does is to draw peoples' eyes away from it's, it knows without distraction it is an open book.

There is a genetic disposition that gets inherited and massively increases the risk of getting dementia, but there's no guarantee that the disease really breaks out in every individual who has the disposition. Even a really bad guy like Trump deserves the basic level of fairness to be judged by his own behavior and not by his late father. And there is a lot of behavior to be be judged for sure.

This is my concern that the liberal media is setting up Trump to claim he is not mentally capable. It is on purpose, this way then the democrats win the election and Trump gets a super light ankle bracelet for a couple of years if he keeps quiet.

My great uncles ,all 9 lived to be over 100. The oldest was 105 when he was walking home from work, not because he couldn't drive, but because he felt it was healthier. He stopped into his pub, had his shot, smoked his cigar stepped out and off the curb and was run over by a bus like a dog in the road. The joke at the funeral was " How the hell old do you think Sturk would have been?" He was as sharp at 105 as he always was. The family was so sad that my father died so youn at 89.

I'm much younger than both of them (and female) and on bad days I walk like President does at times. My reason is horrific truck wreck-spinal cord injuries and TBI. We all have something to deal with. Husbands grandmother was mentally sharp as a tack but she had an orthopedic disease that was eating her bones away. So to see her walk you might think frail, but sit down and talk to her and she could set you straight!

My mother lived to be 102 and she remained totally sharp till she got to be 100, and she gradually began to slow down mentally. Before that she was adding and subtracting and dividing totally by her own mind, among lots of other activities. Even after her gradual decline she still knew who everyone was, where things were, and so on. Her brain never totally shut down.

My Aunt died Dec 29, 2023. She was 99 years old, sharp as a tack. She talked (argued) politics with me up until the middle of December. Yes, she was in a wheelchair. Yes, she walked with a walker. Yes, she looked frail. But, cripe, she could hold a discussion on just about anything up until the last 15 days. Biden is fine. Trump not so much.

His display of erratic (confused, angry, blaming others, telling lies, committing crimes) behavior doesn't need a neurologist, psychologist and a medical doctor to know what is exactly going on with him. Nursing Home or RCFE are better suited than of the White House.

Listen to interviews of him from late seventies, early eighties, and beyond. He's always been a dangerous person. His parents knew it. They we're ashamed embarrassed of him. They sent him away to military school, hoping it would knock him in shape. It only made him emboldened to power, his narcissistic tendencies. He's a menace, a monster.

@@lauracarstiou3505 I would not call it evil per se. Dementia patients usually show a shift in their personality. Many of them become more erratic and aggressive due to their condition. So not necessarily something they can control. And now overlay those things on a person like Trump, who already was erratic to a certain degree and aggressive.
