One of the classic movies of my childhood. It was cool I saw a reunion with all of them together except Mike Vitar who was Benny wasn’t there. He is the only actor from that movie I haven’t seen get interviewed bout the movie. But I saw they are supposedly making a tv series with the original cast older with kids. And Mike Vitar is said to be in with all the other cast.

I was 9 years old when this movie came out. I hated it cuz I was Scotty Smalls. I was horrible at sports and all the kids teased and made fun of me. It's a classic film for people my age who grew up in the 90's. But I will say that it's an important movie for all kids to watch. It's about never giving up on yourselves, be grateful for who you are and enjoy being a kid cuz you are only a kid once and that's it.

I think it was because in that time I was young I'm coming up on 30 and me and my friends loved the movie that was when we didn't have anything like today's internet social media so you would see a movie trailer and remember it and be excited to see it now this new generation has so many movies that come out daily it's hard to even remember all of them and kids have every electronic devices that you can watch movies on and even stream the movie off these torrent sites so back then you only saw a movie by going to the theater or you waited for the release it then it was vhs lol I had my niece watching aladin cartoon movie that had robin williams and I had it in vhs so I out on for her and I immediately was like wow the resolution was so bad lol but back then you didn't have any other types of format so vhs looked great then until dvd came but man sandlot brings back alot of great memories for me
