As someone who isn't trans, but fully supports the LGTBQ community and also is very into cross-dressing and other feminine things, I too agree with this. Although hearing the story of what happened to Liz made me upset and kind of depressed, even though she was a criminal. Like yeah, prison sucks but you shouldn't have to go through that crap ever. But yes I do appreciate that the Donut crew did her a solid and properly recognized her as who she was and wanted to be

My first CD was a Nirvana Greatest Hits CD. Also, I hate to fact check y'all, but Incubus's Pardon Me was from their 3rd album Make Yourself in 1999. SCIENCE was a good album though. Great content btw!! Keep it up!!

James, at 12:05 you said JPL is not a part of NASA. JPL is very much part of NASA. Their website it literally jpl.nasa.gov. On their Who We Are page it says "JPL is a federally-funded research and development center managed by Caltech for NASA. We are your space program." It's very common to have private or public entities managing federal research centers.

Guys, you mention plexiglass as a safe ish alternative for car glass and that race cars use it this is not correct, they use “Lexan” which is very different than plexiglass which will break into large sharp chunks which is dangerous, where as lexan is what they make bullet proof glass from. Please correct this in a future episode before someone get hurt by using plexiglass in their car.

Joe your on crack! (Possibly) there are hundreds of 3 wheeled cars. Back in the day they were called autocycles or some were... In Europe there was a wheel tax that drove the 3 wheeled car boom. The was the bond in England and the Messerschmitt in Germany. The latter which had the glass cockpit cover from the planes used as the roof. I was lucky enough to see a guy's collection in Chicago. He must've had 7 the wheeled cars in there. It was awesome! in a weird way... So not sayin but just sayin, there's been way more than 4 three wheels cars.

I love Past Gas and Donuts but you realy give the impression to support criminals and that the bad guys are the on the side of the laws. The comments near the end didn't balanced the hour of show I just listen. Great story. You should do a show on the story behind the creation of big kit car US shop like Factory 5 or Superlite. A recap show on the history of all car tunning trend back to back could be cool too.

They're pro crime for sure. Or at least saying they do for ratings. Their audience is young and impressionable. When Joe made the comment about being a drug mule and they all laughed And moved on, it gave me the impression that he is or was. They're part of the problem with people not wanting to take responsibility for their actions. Victimless crimes? They can't see outside their little bubble. They're probably anticapitalist while pushing their merch and stupid toy they can't even afford to build yet.

Music isn't made for genres, genres are made to categorize new music. If music fits the characteristics of a genre, it doesn't matter if it "existed" yet. Genres are not a history of music, but a categorizing system. I don't know what genre you would classify Incubus's music under, but you wouldn't say early rock n' roll was blues because rock n' roll "didn't exist yet"

You both are right and wrong in differing ways on the nu metal shtick. Before '97 the term was alternative, not to be confused with alternative rock that's another aural wave for another Dave. Nu metal was coined by the producer of Limp Bizkit, Korn, and Slipknot in 1997 to describe that genre, which also held Incubus in the early days. Incubus Science released in Sept '97 proving Nolan was right about calling that and later material nu metal.
