Get your 5 Second Journal here: amzn.to/2JuTihM
The 5 Second Journal is unlike any daily journal you've ever tried. Utilizing the most advanced science in productivity and human behavior, we made a simple daily planner packed with a powerful routine that will increase your passion, progress, and change your life for good.
This journal leverages the latest research on productivity, confidence, and happiness performed by super geeks from around the world. If you use the knowledge from these leading Ivy League institutions on a regular basis, you will wake up to a new YOU in an alternate universe called KICKING ASS on the daily.
In this video, I show you the exact scientific research behind every single element of the journal. You don't need to know what Affective Prime, the Zeigarnik Effect, and Parkinson’s Law are-you just need to fill out this journal each day to reap all of the benefits of these psychological phenomenons.
And, if you've already got your copy of the journal, let me walk you through how you can fill it out it each morning.

5 seconds rule is too stresfull for me but 5 seconds journal (2 years in now) - rocks my world!!! i have achieved what i thought impossible, i love doing taxes now (yes, you heard that right), i have changed job without stress, got promoted without fighting for it and my finances are better than ever (i do use the envelope system since years, though). thank you mel robbins - i have been searching for a system that works for me ¨since elementary school, i kid you not - and finally, this is IT!!! tested and proven!

Perfect timing. Over the last 2.5 years, I've been feeling like my organization tools and tricks have actually been bogging me down instead of helping me do more. The 1 important thing to focus on per day makes so much sense. Keeping a list of stuff to do on my mind all day is definitely part of my problem.

Hi Mel, your KZfaq channel has been a life saver for me. My husband and I have gone through the most difficult year of our lives. And your material has really helped me. I’ve dealt with anxiety for the past 10 years. Just asking for a suggestion of how to incorporate the 5 second journal into my day. I know you say to do it first thing in the morning but I usually get up a 6am to my 1 yr old needing a bottle and shortly after that my 3 year old who is very active. I also have a 9 year old and a thirteen year old. Do you have any suggestions on how to be able to incorporate this into my morning but not taking away from what I need to get done with the kids. I’m also dealing with recovering from a severe parasite and yeast overgrowth infection in my body so fatigue is one thing I have to push through. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you. Love you too

I doubt she'll make an app since her morning routine includes doing your journal before you look at your phone and let the day in. Making an app would make that step a lot harder. You're supposed to ignore your phone while you do this.

DONNA, read this! :D Guys, we love you! This is amazing, this changed my life. This prevented me from suicide from a window at the university in 2017. You guys changed my life, my work, my career, my thoughts and my hopes. You are such an amazing person, Mel. I have a dream to meet you and hug you. I know I am gonna cry a lot, I am your number one fan, I`m sure. I`m always listen to you. I heard the book 6 times, LOL. You are my company in many moments of my life. And, I chat a lot at hello@mel because your staff help me a lot, specially Donna. She is awesome. Thank you for being this brilliant woman, human being, mother... I am 1:400 trillion and I am not going to sleep! haha. Since motivation is garbage, I am proud of you and myself and millions of people who watched and changed their life! Go rock the day (as the journal tell us).
