I feel like they took Versus Noctis and separated him from the original, permanently renaming him as Yozora. They're even using elements of XIII to further separate it from Versus.

Yozora looks like noctis and I loved final fantasy 15 a lot because of the storyline. I also got to fight against the leviathan so 15 became my favorite game ever

Considering the alternative timeline in which Noct lives and Luna revives that would have to be of the first original timeline of 15 for Noct to be reborned to Yozora

Won’t lie, I’d love it if Yozora were a reincarnation of Noctis. I think that’s the most workable connection they could canonically have. That and KH hasn’t delved into the idea of reincarnation yet, and it’d be interesting to see that be utilized imho.

Yozora is noctis form versus 13 , yozora is a reference to nomura losing the game. He said that he doenst really look like that.

I theorize that Yozora is a character that has a role set by Mom, which is why Sora and Yozora fight. Yozora, like Sora, is a proxy (piece) that Mom contact in his dreams to put Sora on the shelf for the new game. I am not just speak of the game in our reality, but the game Young Xehanort and Eraqus play. Mom is aware of this game. So is Darkness. Yozora is a good piece to have with his crystal powers. So Mom pinned this role on him, and made him his "character".

I agree Yozora is easily an allusion to Noctis, but Yozora actually being "Literally Noctis, but don't tell anyone" seems like a stretch. If Yozora is Noctis reborn, that hinders Yozora's potential as a character in his own right.

You got one thing wrong Kingdom Ace. The Nameless Star is not based on Luna. It’s based off Nomuras creation, Stella. Hence the name “Nameless Star”. Most of Verum Rex is Nomura flexing on what he would do if he did Versus.

Just to be honest i don't think that Yozora is anyway connected to noctis, he could be maybe but i don't think they'll go that route just to be honest... i think that Yozora could be an alternate Version Of Sora N Riku in a parallel universe as well as magia and aeigus being alternate versions of Donald And Goofy, not to mention the nameless star (whose name could possibly be Sora as well) could be an alternate kairi as well... the reason i think this is because if you look at Yozora And the way he looks and is dressed he looks a lot like riku and is pretty much dressed like him almost and he also has black and red clothing sorta similar to sora's attire.. not to mention his name is yozora which means night sky in japanese and it's the complete opposite of Sora (which means just sky i think) (also not to mention from the secret episode he literally summoned sora's dive to heart) and idk if this means anything at all but his eyes are blue and red, the red one could represent Sora and the blue one could represent riku considering that those colors has always pretty much represented those Characters in previous games (like i said I'm not sure but these clues are a little bit too obvious to not compare them too), then if we look at magia and aeigus, magia means magic in which Donald is a magician and the color blue represents them both and aeigus (hope i spelled that right) means shield or guardian (i think? maybe??) And Goofy is pretty much a knight or guardian in kingdom hearts, the color green also represents them both too. Finally on too the nameless star Being an alternate kairi we don't have too much evidence on her (as well as the rest of the characters this is just me speculating or spitting ideas out of the blue) but if you pause the Verum Rex trailer in a good frame you can tell that she looks a little bit like kairi kinda (maybe a little bit like sora👀) but that's all i have to say about yozora i basically think he's some sort of Version of sora (as well as riku) in a parallel universe where things are different that's all i have to say i hope people actually looks at this comment and think to start a conversation 😁👍🏽

I think the similar dark edge it story I feel has a stronger connection between them then let’s say 15. Yes ffxv has it’s dark moments but the way versus xiii looked like it was going to be and comparing it to the Verum Rex trailer (in kh3) and its own trailer but the game canceled due to project be scrapped and the game stuck in development hell. It’s unfortunate we never got that game but until now but in kingdom hearts. I’ll probably be the only person in the kh community think Yozora is actually versus xiii Noctis and sink a boat until otherwise I’m wrong lol 🤣🤣

In the secret boss battle, they fight on a “104” building. I get the 4 looks similar to a 9 . But let’s dig deeper, take out that 0 in the “104” so you’re left with 14, sora was 14 years old in kh1, it says it the fucking game manual idk why dumbass people who claim their fans say sora was 15 in the first game, smh. Anyways think about it. It would make sense also why We got the whole “is the real or not” cutscene, because sora was 14 when we all first heard that!! Don’t you all see, sora is bahamut, he becomes the crystal for that city if he dies, and even if you win yozora tells you that he don’t gotta whoop your ass yet, lol. He’s literally saying it’s gonna happen but not now. Nomura is gonna kill sora. Or it’s gonna be sora turning into yozora over time through all the pain and darkness he had to feel being in limbo.

what bothers me about the yazora/noctis connection, is Nomuras "I DID IT FIRST HENCE I MUST SHOW YOU HOW I WOULD HAVE DONE IT" thing he had going on with that. im just really tired of new things being introduced without any sort of context. i wish hed just finish the story he has going on with the mess that is KH, instead of adding new things that make absolutely no sense for us fans. cause the spin-off baiting is doing my head in lol. and yea, wed never see KH characters in a FF game, cause of Disney. theres Sora for World of Final Fantasy, but that was a stand alone title and he appears for 10 seconds at best.

Verum Rex is going to be a reuse of concepts leftover from FFversusXIII when it was butchered into the failure and tragedy of FFXV. Yozora and Quadratum are a meta Nobody as versusXIII was taken away from Nomura and turned into a completely different game that was rushed, butchered and sold in pieces. They killed his "second son after Sora" as Nomura himself has said and his world, so now he's going to tell the story he wanted to through Yozora and it seems like he's trying to wrestle Sora from Disney's clutches. Nomura is a huge meta storyteller, Nobody's are a metaphor for depression in KHII, for example. Look at FFVIIremake. The whispers are the in game manifestation of old-school fans preserving the timeline of the original game.
