Sora still has a lot to learn to be mature. I doubt Nomura will let him age so he can maintain the youth of Disney. Currently Sora has an identity crisis since his being has been split multiple times which doesn't make sense. But Yozora does seem like another side of what Sora could be being potrayed in a new character

If you look closely, you can see that hes not exactly "stealing" his keyblade. He's replicating its power and making Sora unable to use it as its consumed its power. It's also why Yozora says "Your power...is mine."

@@KingdomAce But, doesn't bring up another set of questions? Like, if he's only replicating Sora's power, then why would that block Sora from using his Keyblade? I mean, isn't that just a matter of semantics when you consider that, Yozora still straight jacks Sora's power or literally the weapon itself. I mean, it doesn't particularly matter which since the end result is the same. Sora's unable to use his weapon and the fact that it can happen at all is beyond abnormal. Like, why didn't he just summon it back like he did against Roxas, or why can Yozora jack Sora's power at all? There's also why his station of awakening appeared in the first place. Honestly, too many things about Yozora remind me of how Naminé's connection with Sora let her directly screw with his memories.... Yozora feels, and even acts, like he can directly interfere with Sora's 'heart'. That's the vibe his fight gave off.

There's still too much we dont know about his abilities. And I'm sure once we get his story we'll be filled in on all hes able to do alongside his connection to Sora

I don't agree. The entire crux of versus was that it was all the serious and m rated things Nomura wanted to put in but couldnt because of Disney red tape, Yozora running around in pixar films would be sort of contradictory to that. If you think about it nomura has been under that disney red tape his entire career as a game director and even with FF7 remake he was under nostalgia red tape, he's never really got a chance to make the game he wants with no restrictions on anything. If Verum rex has little to no disney or is its own game it would be the first time since Versus that Nomura is directing a game with no holds barred (it would also be a lot better). Having verum rex be a stock standard KH game would sort of be alienating - we're going back to Versus, or something as close to versus as possible, the shakespearean fantasy based on reality... but its chopped into little pieces amidst goofy Disney-pixar filler worlds? Sort of like why even bring it back if you're just gonna do it dirty like that? It's like bringing back star trek, only to have it be star trek picard or star trek lower decks "The world of Versus XIII might be a little closer to my personal taste than Kingdom Hearts, but the entire project owes something to Kingdom Hearts as well. When I first began KH I was part of the FF core team, and tried to bring elements of that into the development. The KH team was always inspired by FF, and I’d like to see that reversed. But as for the differences between KH and FF, KH is a lighter world of magic, fantasy, and people doing good things. I’ve been in that world for a very long time - perhaps too long." - Nomura

@@kaison12205 I agree with you on this, Disney is the whole purpose of the game, without Disney it just wouldn’t be Kingdom Hearts, Disney is what made the game Stand out, if this game had no Disney characters and Worlds it would just be like another Final Fantasy style of RPG game.
