RECIPE:
1 kilogram of chicken mince
Onion - 200 grams - (One onion)
Finely chopped
Red pepper - 60 grams (Medium-sized pepper)
Finely chopped
parsley - 20 grams
garlic - 20 grams (pressed)
Breadcrumbs - 50 grams)
Salt - 3 tsp
Red pepper - 3 tsp (Sweet)
Hot red pepper - 2 tsp
Cumin - 1 tsp
Coriander - 1 tsp
black pepper - 2 tsp
Mix everything together
Sauce recipe:
Then fry the following ingredients:
The onion (200 grams) - A medium-sized onion
peppers :
1 red 60-80 g - (medium-sized)
1 green
carrot - 1 pc
garlic - 10 grams
Savory - 2 tsp
black pepper - 1 tsp
Salt - 2 tsp
tomatoes - 200 grams - (one tomato)
2 hot peppers (optional)
200 g - Tomato puree (canned tomato)
Vegetable oil

Fry the vegetables on high heat for 5 minutes
Add one cup of water
Then cook them over low heat for 20 minutes
Mix all the ingredients with a blender!
