Thanks Mooji ❤ Is it also natural, when ones relase huge part of so called life based on false ID and suffering ,crying appears? You are right - after 2 days I feel connected to space, nature. I m more peacefull and lovefull and full of gratitude. 🎉

Yes! What kind of crying though? A massive part of my journey was learning for myself that If it is a sort of painful bit reliving beautiful crying it is trauma relief and a moment of breaking from the grasp of living trapped in trauma-hypnosis, so to speak. If it is joyful more bright crying its sort of the next stage from there and that is being with and in the true self, (experiencing Your essential and true nature) without any mind invasion because the personal identification to the person that has problems is gone. No need to worry about venting bad emotions. Only experiencing the bliss and ecstacy of Pure Being in a light, open content joy and love remains !!! 🤍🙏
