What makes this episode special, is that we actually got to hear sounds from the traveler. The breathing while running and the sniffing from crying. That was such a lovely touch. Cause all we ever hear is their footsteps.

Its going to kill me to wait months for the next one I swear. I started crying when Bakugo said all that stuff cause I thought he really was enjoying it and cared, now I feel like a burden. Also that little cry in his voice when Kirishima yelled "Please! Come back to us!" Made my heart break even more 😭

Idk about yall, but I definitely want traveler to get injured. Just add to the angst and guilt, yk? Traveller is in a strange world with odd people and creepy monsters. It is only natural that they do not understand how grave the situation is. They have spent months with these two, probably finally letting the title of "burden" fall away and then BAM. Theyre carrying a gem that can destroy the world. The biggest burden around. I believe they would have probably walked for a little longer to clear their head, probably stare into a creek and become depressed, and try to destroy the gem themselves had Hawks not come around. And gosh, Kats. His defense mechanism is simply putting his walls up again. Its understandable. Traveller is carrying something that can destroy the world, and hes just sent off some money to his family. His head was probably spinning when they were on Kiri, and he was trying not to snap by walking away. But the way he yelled? "Stranger." "This person." Ouch. He is detaching himself. Fully ready to destroy the gem, throw traveller somewhere they'll be "safe", and leave to protect the world, his family, and above all, Kiri. And to ease his guilt, of course. Anyone who says Kiri is wrong for butting in, I truly dont see how. Kats is about to berate us, and Kiri stops it. Kats is being dismissive, Kiri is just trying to help. Kats snaps and says things Kiri doesnt think he means, so Kiri tries to stop him and so on. He cares so much about both Kats and the traveller. Now they are all separated again. The burden and the burdened. The angst is delicious.

Bakugo yelling at Kirishima about not going further and Kirishima only caring about the traveler, gave me Deja vu back to Bakugo confessing to roomie and Kirishima on the hike. And also Bakugo questioning if Kirishima cares about them as a duo, helllllo emotional

The “Please” in Kirishima’s voice was so heartbreaking 🥺 he was genuinely sad and hurt from what bakugou said and traveler running away. It would hurt bakugou and kirishima more if hawks were to fly away with an unconscious traveler 🥺

if you think about it, katsuki has been the leader of our trio, the voice of reason, the logistical one. he’s kept kiri and traveler safe and fed up to this point. in fact, the whole excursion started because kats is entertaining his partner’s whims. we ARE a stranger compared to eijirou- we literally fell from the sky and got carried back to camp by chance. katsuki has always been trying to send money back to his parents and his tribe. he’s frugal, but he’s loyal. he protects those in his group. and he’s TRYING to protect us too. to katsuki, eijirou is soft. we are soft. he has to be the one to make the hard decisions, even if it’s a shitty one. he doesn’t say he wants to get rid of US. he says he wants to destroy the crystal. and if we hadn’t followed him, i bet you we would’ve woken up to it gone. he wants us safe, he wants eijirou safe. and to katsuki, sometimes that means he has to be harsh. traveler runs because they understand they’re putting katsuki and eijirou in danger. katsuki doesn’t call out for us, not because he wants us to leave, but bc he doesn’t think we’ll get very far. in his mind, we need him to protect us. that’s why his initial thought is to drop us with deku. someone he thinks is soft but knows is well taken care of by a person in authority and in a well populated and policed place. like a dragon with it’s hoard, he’d rather tuck us away from danger than proceed. and if he keeps going, we’ll disappear anyway- he’s going to lose us forever. if he destroys the gem, we stay forever. he gets to keep us, and if we’ve learned anything about katsuki, it’s that he can be selfish.

I kinda hope we get mortally hurt just to teach katsuki a damn lesson 😭😭💀

Okay but with the way Kirishima is so attached “me and traveler have a bond!” Boy howdy do I whole heartedly believe we’re Kirishima soul flame

GUYS THIS HURT MY HEART SO BAD??? Imagine how Traveler felt hearing him say all that about them. That we should suck it up, that we aren’t WORTH IT, and he basically almost insulted us like FULL ON, not js ur regular “idiot” or “dumbass” (“you nosy little-“), ETC. Traveler and Bakugou have had so many moments together, where it felt like he was warming up to them. More than just calling them traveler for the first, it’s him letting them tug on his arm and hit him when he called Kirishima “broken” jokingly (ONE of the soft moments between them), it’s THE MOMENT WHEN WE THANKED HIM for getting us out of the Hadera Forest. (His voice softened as he said “you’re welcome”) The first time he actually LET us tug on his arm after leaving it, and the little squeeze he gave our shoulder when we were afraid. When we would hug him alongside Kirishima, him defending us got the first time in episode 4!! AND SO MUCH MORE. (I’m heartbroken if you can’t tell.) HIM TELLING THEM THEY TRUST THEM AND LENDING THEM THEIR CAPE FOR THE SECOND TIME. (First time calling Kirishima “our” dragon.) All that just to hear he still considers them a stranger, and that he only did it bc it benefit HIM?! (Which we know is a lie but traveler doesn’t right this second😭)

Here's a Theory: The Eabin Dragons are working with the LOV(the bandits). Just think about it: the LOV want the gem, so do the dragons, Bakugou thought how did the LOV got past the Hadera forest so fast and the only way to do that is to fly over. Only adult Dragons could do that (said by Bakugou). Then when the trio tried to pass the bridge it was destroyed, by what, an Eabin Dragon. After that Kirishima flew over, the bandits saw them went after them to get the gem for the dragons. It said the dragons want the gem to take over the world and the LOV want to take over it too so they team up. What do you guys think?

The plot thickens and the angst ensues! I love how this is the first time we actually here "vocal" sounds for Traveler. I thought it was appropriate and a great use of sound effects since it was a very emotional scene. I know I've already said how much I love the world this is set in, but that lore drop was amazing! This changes things and I can't wait to see what happens next. I know Katsuki has reservations now that he knows the full weight of the mission, but I'm sure he regrets how he expressed them. I wonder if Traveler will be kidnapped or go willingly with Hawks. That was a nice cliffhanger!

I'm really hoping that the listener doesn't just instantly forgive Bakugo when the time comes. I understand completely where Katsuki is coming from but the way he went about expressing that was just cruel. Using this situation as an excuse to blame all of their past problems on the listener, making the listener probably feel like more of a burden than they already did, all because of something WE DIDN'T ASK FOR, mind you! We never asked to get transported to this random world so why are we facing the brunt of Katsuki's aggression like we ever had a damn choice!? Come on, man! I dunno, maybe I'm petty, but if this were really me, Katsuki would require a hell of a lot more than just an apology to regain my trust.

Current theory (that is continually supported over time): The Traveler is Kiri’s Soul Flame, and that we have some sort of time magic. It’s been referenced multiple times that there is magic within us even when we don’t have the gem.

All I can imagine is the pure panic and regret Katsuki feels once he realizes that we ran off because of him. I can just imagine the guilt and worry he feels as well, because what if we got hurt? What if we died and it's all his fault? What if we got kidnapped, tortured, etc. As much as I love my boys, I would honestly do the same and run away because I know that me or getting me home isn't worth their lives much less the lives of a entire kingdom and species of dragon.

Ok can we talk about how good of a narrative Bakugou been ❤

08:04 - 09:00 Rewatching this part and then the ending is like healing my heart then breaking it again. Also I felt the need to talk about the arguement, just because I need to let it out how much I love the writing of this story. Firstly, Bakugou was obviously affected by all the new info about the gem, especially that it's far more dangerous than just being "a key to return traveler home". He makes it obvious he needs time to clear his head away from us, because if anyone is aware how much he snaps when he's overwhelmed, it's HIMSELF. Now Kiri and Traveler are worried and ask him about it which is understandable and then the arguement starts. Now everyone interprets this scene differently, but to me, it seemed Bakugou didn't want to place himself and Kirishima (maybe other ppl of importance too since the Gem could bring ruin to all of Saultera(ig is the spelling?)) in further danger. Also, I love Kirishima sm for always standing up for us, but if I was Bakugou, I would also not want for someone I cared for far longer to die just because they wanted to help someone they cared for for like a month now. As for Traveler, Kiri and Bakugou are literally the only ones who offered comfort and help to us, who literally just spawned in a whole another world we have absoutely no idea about, because no one has even explained the history of this place or roughly it's geography.(ofc Shoto, Izu, Denki, but then again obviously no one amounts to what Kiri and Baku did). "Selfless" is one of the traits Traveler is known for, not to mention being overwhelmed with the arguement + the arguement itself being about how much of a burden they are, Traveler decided it's best they continue themselves and runs away. Also the implications that the Traveler was having a panic/anxiety attack at the end hurt damn badly. BUTTT (and after rewatching) Bakugou's words hurt deeply regardless, and I can't see myself being comfortable with him again anytime soon, but when it comes to Traveler, they might forgive him pretty easily(still doesn't mean they will forget Bakugou's words). A thanks to the comment of @ambrosiaphillips7201 and all the replies, it made me more clear about what I want to write ^^

the part that made me cry was when Traveler stopped running when Kirishima still had hope in bringing them home. They actually had a moment to think, but that dissipated when Bakugo said he didn't care anymore. And the crying at the end was great :)) also don't think I forgot to mention Hawks either, I'm exited to see where this goes 34:03 this hurt

Rewatched the series. I like this picture. When I start the episode, Katsuki looks really fluffy and friendly but after the ending...he looks big and menacing.

I wonder in the next episode which side are we gonna hear. The Traveler and Hawks full, Bakugou and Kirishima full, or a mix in between, like once this once the other. And I read in one comment that it was everybody's fault. Bakugou for lashing out, Traveler for going after him, and Kiri for not understanding Bakugou and stopping us. Out of all people, Kiri should be the best at reading Bakugou and getting the hint when he wants to be left alone. But I think all of them were shaken up because of the Azure dragon's library and the living skeleton attack, they must be tired, and when people are tired they don't function properly. And about the connection, there's more than one in the series, we came as far as knowing. Kiri and Traveler (as it turned out), Bakugou and Kiri are bonded because of all the things they have been through before meeting us, and lastly Bakugou and Traveler (the most interesting, I can't really put my finger on it). I think Kiri will feel hurt, not just mentally but physically too. He will be the one to talk to Bakugou about going after Us. Following or scent and then breaking down by some when there's Hawks scent too. I don't blame the Traveler for running away, we heard everything that made it clear. We think we are a burden, the reason why they teach us things, so we can "pull our weight", and protect ourselves if needed. But we are only here for what, 2-3 months, they learned these skills since being able to walk, we just only started. And Travelers always felt like a burden, deep down, and every time something happened where we needed protection, or we didn't understand and needed an explanation, that feeling bubbled up. Then bumm, it just exploded, it was too much, and our "fight or flight" instinct kicked in. I'm really excited about the next episode. Yuzuya, Syrinide and Tea you are the BEST! Keep up the good work. We all love you!

I CANNOT WAIT ANOTHER MONTH FOR THIS STOP- the cliffhanger really did a number on me, especially Kirishima yelling after us.. it just broke my heart. I NEED MOREEEE.😭

Ok I have a conspiracy. It probably doesn't make sense and it's accuracy is to be determined but here we go. Traveler is soul flames with both guys but here's how it plays into the big blow up. Kiri and Traveler had an instant connection and with that they are extremely comfortable in their bond so being separated like on the beach is no big deal really. Bakugou and Kiri have been companions for a while so again their connection is solid (even if Bakugou won't admit it). So again, spending a little time apart is not a huge deal. Here's why I think Traveler followed even with Bakugou setting a boundary of wanting to be alone. They have a soul bond but it's fragile. Bakugou keeps Traveler at arm's length so the connection isn't settled. Therefore (especially in times with high emotions) Traveler craves being close to him, both emotionally and physically. Whereas if they'd been closer longer, Traveler would probably have let him have space. We saw this a little bit at the beach. Bakugou hesitating to leave them both times and Traveler being displeased by his flirting(?) with women in town. That's all I've got so far. Sorry for mistakes I'm not wearing my glasses. Edit to clarify that technically the correct term would be mate instead of soul flame because of the whole ritual aspect. But I like reading soul flame more. Part 2 additional clarification. The reason Traveler didn't feel compelled to follow Bakugou in either forest is because 1. Bodily functions ew lol. 2. In the elven forest they were safe and Bakugou still regarded them as "Outsider". It wasn't until after the outpost that he started opening up. Him realizing that Traveler lived up to what his people held sacred is what really started their bond forming.

Lmao, I don't understand why people are heated or sad, about Bakugou saying "helped some Stranger" because let's face it back then traveler was a complete stranger to him. One whom he didn't need to go out of his way for. But he begrudgingly did, due to Kiri. Bakugou still does care for Traveler and holds them in high regards. However, this already dangerous quest just got a whole other mess thrown on top of it. Now their entire world is endanger and still all of them know next to nothing about the gem. Like if they did manage to get traveler to the alter on time. Does the gem, go back to traveler's world or does it stay in Bakugou and Kiri's world. If it stays, it leave's their world in danger. Seeing there is no guarantied, that it can be destroyed in time or if at all. So, I can understand Bakugou not wanting to waste time. Now seeing what they do know. Also my take is that Traveler isn't upset or mad at Bakugou for what he said. I think the feelings are more having to do with sadness and guilt. This is a hard decision for them. On one hand wanting to go home and see their family. But risk another world getting destroyed because of that. Or they do the ultimate sacrifice, by trying to destroy the gem so their friends world is safe. But they have to say goodbye to theirs. I can also understand the feeling of wanting to run away from everything. I myself do that a lot when overwhelmed or the world has somehow hurt me. It's really just a hard pill to swallow. Because we all know Traveler doesn't go home. This is Bakugou re-telling the story of their journey over dinner. So whether this means they didn't make it in time, or that they made the personal decision to destroy the gem somehow. Is yet to be seen. And I'm super excited for it!! FS has been my favorite series you and the team worked on, to date. I can't wait to see the next episode of this adventure. Thanks for all the hard work!!

I am so excited for when the next episode comes out. The poor traveler must feel so alone again, now viewing Bakugou (and maybe Kirishima) as another obstacle they’ll have to avoid in order to get back home. Not to mention how betrayed they’d feel after everything the trio has been through 😞

Things we've been through: • We got teleported to a random, unknown world • We got kidnapped by a group of bandits • Went through the Hadera Forest • A spider climbed on our back • Got chased by the same group of bandits • Got influenced by sirens • Got attacked by an undead dragon • Ran away after a HUGE argument between Kiri and Bakugo • And currently being held at sword point by our one and only Hawks And we haven't even made it to the mountain!! I have a theory, just snowballing here: What if the Azure Stone wasn't the only thing that the Timekeeper sent away? What if he had also sent an Azure Dragon Soul infant (his own child) with the gem to ensure the safety of both from the Ebon Flight, and that infant was actually Traveller? It would explain a lot.

_Side-note: I literally forgot that this whole series is told via flashback and yet, it still hurts your soul upon witnessing what heartfelt shit happened during those travels._ I keep telling myself how much I enjoy tensions, drama, somber moments in this series yet, that argument was the worse thing to listen. *I WASN'T READY FOR THIS!* The backhanded from Bakugo admitting everything: _I felt every word._ Never even caught that name drop to 'Stranger': He basically pulled a _"If only you didn't existed, none of this would ever happen"_ card. And this is all after finding out that said gem that TP isekai'd them into this realm is also an 'End of the World As We Know It'. Can things go downhill more? *Hawks at the end.* Well guys, I'm scared/thankful. At this point, I have so many theories on the next ep: either Hawks is a merc in this AU and is gonna assist with the listener at a price or he's working with Dabi. Either way, things aren't looking good.

The despiration in Kiri's Voice as he pleads with us to come back and now hawks is now pointing a sword at us at point blank. This Episode has been an emotional rollercoaster. I was waiting patiently for this and it was a literal rollercoaster of emotions lmao I've never been so invested in something as much as I was during Bakugou's and Kirishima's argument in my entire life and I'm not even an english native speaker, but ??? I can't even complain about Bakugou callings us "stranger" and saying we aint worth anymore (I cried) because that was just perfectly done and executed; Kirishima's voice crack and Bakugou heated shouting plus the backround sounds made the tension felt freaking thick it gave me gooosebumbs. Also, I liked the fact that Bakugou snapped while we were trying to make sure he was fine because where we only had the best intentions, he wanted to be left alone and we crossed his boundaries. Not an excuse to be an asshole, but made everything felt so much real !! Just like us running away, completely overwhelmed by the argument and all that had happened until now (for the first time). To know more about the gem was really cool too. And Kirishima protecting us :( he's our baby, I love him so much. I want badly to know what happens next, hope we recive the apology we deserve !!! It’s interesting to see that most people think that the traveler is leaving out of anger versus sadness. For me I see it as the traveler sees that they’re causing trouble between two people who are obviously very close to each other and leaving because they don’t want to be a further burden, versus being fed up and fine I’ll do it myself 🤔 but who knows maybe it’s both. Anyway, great story and excited to see what’s next. Make sure to take breaks and have fun! 💜

This is truly a comfort series. Despite tearing up from this episode. But the DRAMA the LORE! It had everything! Fantastic!

This feels like a parallel to the summer camping series. Their feeling come to a head-way and they have a major fight, but then they confess and everything turns out ok. I love how realistic the running is and the panting from the running, the suprise gasp. Its awesome how the traveler has noise too. Also! It totally left me a little heartbroken from the argument, thats how well it was done! Great job!

Man, the sound effects gave me goosebumps. Especially the bone dragon's roar. And then the sniffle at the very end along with the stopping of the music. Gosh, it was also the first time we hear a sound effect from the traveler.

Bakugou and Kirishima arguing on finishing the journey and giving up broke me heart, just a wace of emotions came over me, but just at that scene but all of this episode!! The music, the events that happened, the emotions used, tones in voices, it was all so perfect. We love Yuzuya and his team sm🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

We need the next part ASAP! I need to know what happens!

I was so excited seeing a new episode off my favorite series AND IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT, had to rewatch it because OH MY, THE END?! WITH THAT MESS AND THEN "hello Birdy" AHHHH

First AMAZING audio, the script, the art, the ANGST 🤯😭 *SPOILERS* Honestly this is very realistic...you can tell that Bakugou is reacting out of fear, he's scared of how much he has grown to care about the traveler and that at the end of this journey he will have to say goodbye to them forever. Plus the fact that he doesn't want to see Kiri in pain either, since he is also very attached to the traveler. Also the gravity of the situation has now been revealed, a possible war between the ebon dragons and his own tribe (I mean most likely the ebons would attack them to get to us) could be imminent / the fate of his world being at stake. Plus Kiri's emotions very often can blind him to dangers meaning Bakugou probably often feels he has to be on the side of logic and reason rather than feelings and sentiments even though he also feels a connection to traveler -- he knows he is going to lose traveler either way whether he abandons them now or they abandon him later to go back to their home world. Whereas he does not want to risk Kiri to the dangers of this journey and so he thinks they should just cut their losses. (not saying i agree, but his thinking is reasonable) ...though i also wonder if he's saying all this in the heat of the moment because of all the fear and doesn't actually agree with his own logic which is why he wanted some space alone to think himself down from the fear spiral but we sorta interrupted that...

The only thing that is giving me hope rn is that the whole series is just a flashback 😭

After reading the comments, y'all need to get off of Kats back. He put down a boundary and we completely ignored it. It's obvious that he was feeling overwhelmed and he knew that he was going to take it out on us and that we didn't deserve it so that's why he left. He put that boundary down when he said he wanted to walk ALONE, we ignored the first one, he reminds us and puts it down a few more times and then gets mad that we weren't listening. When kiri stepped in, Kats lost it, as he knew he would. Yes we had the best of intentions but we still ignored and disregarded a boundary. Also he never says that he wants us to leave. In fact it's the exact opposite, he talked about bringing us to safe places and leaving us there so he always knows where we are and that we are safe. He never wanted us to run away or get hurt, he didn't betray us in fact if anything it's the other way around. We ran away from him after everything he has done for us, if that's not a smack in the face, I don't know what is.

Ok. The fact he said “adventure’s guild” and said their was a girl at the front desk made me think of Katherine from Genshin impact

Even from the moment it was posted I agree with katsuki, yes it's dangerous and he has his best interests to heart but in a fair honesty traveler/us we can't to what he can do, he can see his family, friends, people that he cares about while we were teleported to a new place with very little intelligence on what everything is so yea. Thanks for your time and I still love the series :)

I think the most romantic thing we got in this episode was that scene where Eijiro was telling Katsuki how proud he was of him, everything else was a roller coaster of emotions and angst 😭😭 I loved it though. Can't wait for the next episode!! ❤❤❤

Honestly, one reason why I’m particularly loving these audios is how realistic the listener feels. Usually other audios feel like the listener doesn’t have much of a personality while Yuzuya’s audios makes it feel like the listener is real. Seriously, the way how they write these videos and characters are seriously amazing that makes me feel like I should pay just to listen to these! ❤

Sooo I am sure I am not the only one who re-listens to yuzuya’s series. (If I am, please don’t judge me😭…. ) After listening to episode one again, and hearing bakugo use the same terms to describe how he sees “traveler” or feels about “traveler” in this episode , which was the same words he used when they first met ….. even after all the time that was spent together ….. oh it hurts so baddddd. I stopped dead in my tracks when he used terms like “outsider”, “burden” and “stranger” in episode one and knowing he says it again in this episode. Every word just causes more pain and I’m just like (I really thought… we were pass this… especially after everything we’ve been through…. For him to still feel the same way or see traveler this way, or even to say those things…. When traveler has been trying to….gosh, just not to cause him anymore trouble…and only to know now it wasn’t enough…and I thought that maybe he cared just a little….) oh my days it hurts SO MUCH!!!! Yuzuya, you and your team are doing such an amazing job.

Bakugo saying he didn’t care to help us anymore and basically saying we only caused him and Kirishima problems and put them through danger AND Kirishima yelling after us as we ran BROKE ME.. . . . . . . . . . . I’m not crying..YOUR crying.

Honestly Baku is right, I would feel same things. It is frustrating and dangerous and for what, we trio not even sure if it’s gonna work or not. Danger not follow us, we literally jump on it. They didn’t have to help or something. I can’t blame his anger. Kiri on the other hand trying to help for his reasons but I feel even more guilty since that dark forest episode. He was almost gone and everyone take too much risk. Now the amazing cliffhanger, it’s interesting we now able to hear some traveler noise! Amazing job, we missed you🥰

my prediction for the next episode is that we might be staying with hawks for a bit and we don’t talk to the boys again till later. like we show distaste or ignore them when we see them again
