Before getting into chapter 33 of the Book of Remembrance, we will look at the evolution of the Kabbalistic tree of life over time and how Mormon Kabbalah relates to Jewish Kabbalah.
"O that cunning plan of the evil one! O the vainness, and the frailties, and the foolishness of men! When they are learned, they think they are wise; and they hearken not unto the counsel of God, for they set it aside, supposing they know of themselves; wherefore, their wisdom is foolishness, and it profiteth them not - and they shall perish. We need to understand what Love is... and what Peace is, which is not a cortisol stress hormone of stress, trauma, grief and pain.... A poem...Jerusalem which means Twofold Peace Jerusalem Oh green and pleasant land of the dove, What has happened to peace and Love? For Jerusalem that is being made here, Is now being turned in to terror and fear. Oh green and pleasant land do you hear? That Jerusalem that is made here, Is Twofold Peace that is meant to be, From living a good life Positively. Very well said. Thank you brother David for sharing this information on Mormon Kabbalah. I will certainly be adding Mormon Kabbalah considerations to my reading. I really liked the video especially for explaining the relationship between Mormon Kabbalah and the texts mentioned both Mormon and non-Momon, and even specific to the CJCCF (The Fellowship of Christ) ecclesia and scripture. Also the references to learn differing and similar views on the symbols in other historic Jewish and modern sources was enlightening. There was certainly clarity in outlining your views and prophetic inspiration while acknowledging and greatly respecting others from differing cultures also.Great video.

Interesting material. I am trying to figure out whether Joseph has studied Kabbalah or Hekhalot mysticism with Alexander Neibaur. It seems the King Follett Discourse alludes to him. Do you have any information on this?

In the Mormon Kabbalah community, we believe that Joseph likely did, and that he may also have been familiar with Kabbalah due to books available near him in his youth. And because we see Kabbalah as God's restored Gospel, the Lord, angels, and his revelations taught him Kabbalah as well.

That is an old Brighamite teaching, they did use some of Jospeh's teachings to push their theologies, but I do not read them this way, and I'm not sure if they do currently or not. They have distanced themselves quite a bit from their founder's (Brigham Young's) teachings over the years. They are currently making a push to no longer be Mormons under their current leadership, which is good seeing that they can only speak for their church and not our religion.
