I personally have a similar chemistry with my boyfriend, and that's one of the main reasons I suspected that they're not just platonic friends. The chemistry was subtle but noticeable enough. When you add the fact that they (Shayne and Courtney) have similar life goals, values, and interests, and match the criteria they have for partners, it's no wonder that things led where they are now.

Not just quiet, they actively helped to cover in moments when maybe it came out. They also probably had to do reshoots of some things at times because of moments where there were slips, and the editors had to do it too. They had a whole team rooting for them to make sure that no one could take away what was happening it's so sweet

On April 2nd when Courtney posted more stuff and there were more pics and stuff then I was fairly positive it was real. I was still a little confused. They could be the type of ppl to wait until the end of April 2 to reveal it was a prank. Once it was April 3rd that basically confirmed it for me

absolutely it has. I don't expect this to ever be talked about in a episode of the podcast or on their socials. I mean I'm happy for them to have maintained their privacy but the way i would have done it is, I would have posted identically and kept the comments and DMs off or really limited. Their wedding photos are gorgeous. I'm trying to find Shayne's suit.

100%. i believe it’s one OF the reasons they kept it quiet, but i also believe that most of their lives are put out front for smosh, and this was their way of having their own private space. i’m sure they didn’t want people examining their lives together and talking about it so much when it was just a relationship, not a marriage. it saddens me to hear that people went to their families’ accounts to try and figure out if this was real or not the day of release, because i think that really was a boundary crossed. i’ll happily watch compilations of shourtney moments now, knowing that they’ve been happy together this whole time, but i refuse to go anywhere beyond what they have posted whether it be smosh or their own personal accounts 🤷‍♀️
