Biological men should not compete with biological women, regardless of identity. I am a transsexual man, and my fiance is a biological man. I've been on hormones for 6+ years, we both go to the gym regularly, eat the same food, etc. He is still SO MUCH stronger than me BECAUSE biological men are naturally stronger than biological women. It's common sense, and that doesnt mean it's bad or transphobic. It's just reality.

Trans man here: I'll never be okay with trans women entering women's sports just as I wouldn't be okay with a trans man entering men's sports. Way I view life and my dysphoria is I accept my body will be what it is because I was born into it. Do I wish it was different? Obviously. But there are some things that won't ever change and Therapy taught me to radically accept it. I don't need the world to validate me, I can do it myself.

It's mind boggling to me that a college would freely give out therapy to these women rather than just ask if they're okay with something. Plus it's weird how the same people who push to ensure consent for women then ignore this when something like the locker room usage occurs.

I'm a survivor of r8pe and when this section was brought up, even hearing this (10:35) made my adrenaline spike and my hands have started shaking, which is why I've paused the video to comment. Could you IMAGINE just imagine moving forward with your healing journey enough to return back to competitive, high-stakes sporting top tier in your league and then having to deal with this shit. I'm not sorry - women's spaces need to be respected, because there are a multitude of reasons why it's imperative they are kept safe and women only. The absolute fear and copious hours of therapy I needed when I learnt the introduction of inclusive bathrooms was happening at my gym and day in day out i was taking anxiety meds to try keep my routine going/ keep attending. But Ive even pissed in my protein shake container rather than use a gym toilet because of this exact circumstance coming to my reality. Its real fear. and to have someone tell me that its MY problem is just... its unbelievable - even when empathy should be the only reaction, I was still shamed and considered the problem, called transphobic and even it was discussed I use a different gym location to them. And this is 7 years later after the incident - I'm leaving the house now because I have a support animal - so when i go to gym I cant take him with me - so having that space made safe for me is so crucial to my sense of safety. I also need the anti anxiety meds because of the idiot males who drop their weights, but thats another issue.

As a woman, I am so incredibly sick of all of this. Recently, I was in a public women’s restroom, and when I opened the stall, a large man with a beard, in a dress was waiting. He didn’t do anything but step towards the stall and I had a full-blown panic attack. As a survivor of SA, I have complex PTSD and anxiety issues. What is happening is not OK. Women deserve safe spaces and they deserve their own sports.

I used to compete in swimming as a kid. As hard as I tried, I was never faster than my brother. It would have been soul crushing to not even have a chance to win a competition because someone with unfair biological advantages was allowed to compete. There has to be a limit when biology causes unfairness.

I just learned (literally last night) that the basketballs girls use are different. Apparently they're lighter and slightly smaller? A girl was telling me how she was "bad" at basketball until she got ahold of a "girl's ball" and now she scores the most points for her team. Her younger brother (whom she towers over, atm) then told me how, when his team got ahold of a girl's ball, they kept *over*shooting the basket. I was flabbergasted. I really had no idea this was a thing. The differences are real, even at such young ages!

One of the reasons I think people are becoming so done with the trans community is because trans people expect the world to bend to their preferences - language, affirmation, taking over spaces, etc etc. One thing I've noticed about all of the interviews wuth trans kids (and trans people of all ages) is that the conversation is always about how things make them feel, every sentence starts with 'I' and is about their acceptance, how THEY feel, etc. They don't for one minute think about how their actions might make others feel, or how others might be affected. The gay rights movemtent was successful because its goal was acceptance. Trans people don't want to be accepted, they want to dominate. They claim that they're marginalised and oppressed when they seem to be the ones doing the oppressing - policing language, denying biology, . Not all, obviously, but enough that it's changed public perception of them. And, by extension, everyone who is considered to be part of the LGBTQIA++++ community is tarred with the same brush and will be caught up in the backlash when the pendulum swings far enough and people have finally had enough. But as long as they get their own way they aren't thinking about that. And the more of their own way they get, the further they push it and the more oppression and discrimination 'currency' they receive, which translates into demands for special treamtment, and the cycle continues. Those who dare to point it out are immediately labelled hateful, bigots, and transphobic, when we're simply voicing our own concerns. Make it make sense!

The locker room part at 16:50 regarding "re-education" is so mind-blowing.

My brain implodes everytime I try to understand how this was possible. How can it be that women have to acutally explain and argue that they do not want to compete with biological males in sports, that this is not a fair competition? How did this even happen? Why has there been not one middle school teacher of biology who stopped this? Incomprehensible. I used so swim competitively as a kid/teen (I’m 27 now), and I’m so glad that only biological females were allowed to compete in the races I was in. One of my cousins is going to college on a swimming scholarship, and she has worked her whole life to get to this point. She has traveled all over the USA to compete. If they allowed trans women to compete with my cousin, I think she would be devastated. It’s unacceptable to allow others to have such an advantage biologically over women in sports. (I’m saying this as a leftist) So many liberals want “safe spaces,” but as soon as women ask for their own spaces to not include males (gyms, bathrooms, locker rooms, sports, etc), now we’re “transphobic.” I’m a lesbian and support trans people, but they need to realize that they will never truly experience what it means to be a woman living in this world. To answer your question: as a biological woman, I’m not okay with this.

@amirxodom You know what sucks? I grew up having a gay nanny, the guy was/is fantastic. When for some reason my mom couldn't make it home, she would call him so that he would be home and cook for me and my brothers, the guy cooked for my birthdays and such things. I never understood why people were afraid of hateful to gay people. The guy who did my hair when I was a child, also friends with my mom, would say outlandish things about me but in such a way that to these day I carry with me with a sense of...I don't know, but it feels good. All in all I always had great experiences and relationships with gay people. I had many gay friends whom I didn't even know where gay because of how they behaved making it very funny because I thought their parents didn't know and then realizing that I was the only one who didn't know they were gay, never cared to ask, never saw any of their behavior as weird either. But now there is these people and now, 35 I'm thinking: Oh...that's why! That's why people didn't want to let them in! Because you open the door to that nice gay guy in the interior design office, or the kitchen and now these people want in too. And now there are no more women or men, there is only birthing persons or non birthing persons. Now the state can take your kids if one of them even hints that they identify as other than their birth gender and you don't want to help them "transition". Can they take away the kids if they say they are a pirate and you don't want to play along? What is even one supposed to do, think, feel or say when no matter what you are a transphobe, a bigot, full of hate and other nonsense and you are not even allowed to make these kinds of questions? So, at one point I had many friends and now...and now I find myself thinking: You are the danger. Is there even anything here to think or argue about? Does water make things wet? Does fire burn? I'm 6 foot with a shoe size 12 and my sister is 5 foot 3 with a shoe size 6. Even if the LIE of losing an inch in height and one size was a real thing. You're still significantly taller and bigger than if you were born an actual woman. I was already taller than my mother at 12 and stronger at age 13 minimum when we had a wrestling match. This isn't anything surprising though, it's the truth.

I work in a government building and there are two "trans women" there that use the womens restrooms even though we have "gender neutral" bathrooms as well as mens.... they purposely go out of their way to go into the womens but i refuse to go in there anymore so i use the neutral ones which is its own bathroom alone. I would be okay if they looked like women but the fact I can easily clock you is a problem, literally just men in dresses and lipstick.

3:08 this is no joke! my therapist (who spoke to me only a few times) had both of my parents sit down and proceeded to tell them this chilling prognosis right in front of me. my therapist was a good kindhearted person who truly believed that she was helping me and honestly that's the worst part of it all.. through and through brainwashed.

Being a trans woman should be considered, athletically speaking, a severe case of blood doping(higher VO2 max than women of the same health level) and steroid use, both of which bar you from most, if not all, sports. Also, being in women's spaces under the pretense of the other bathroom(or locker room, etc.) not conforming to one's gender . . . aren't these the same people who say that your biological sex and gender identity are different things? Someone should point out that under such a paradigm, *none* of these spaces conform to *any* gender . . . because they are not gender-segregated; they are *sex* segregated, and no amount of medical intervention can change that aspect. Even *their own ideology* doesn't justify half the crap they're trying to get away with.

According to Lia the biggest misconception people have is that they would think he transitioned so he could have and advantage and win. This tells me that he is very self aware that he does have an advantage when competing against women (which he is not) but he couldn’t care less because all he wants is to be happy. Transpeople know what they are doing is wrong but they don’t care.

I know of an DSD person who is more male than female and started athletics and beat the women who have been in that sport for years. I started at the same time with this person and man within a short period of time they became more muscular and faster than any normal biological female would dream.

I am a female athlete, I captained the ultimate frisbee MIXED gendered team at my college. Our male coach had zero experience as a coach, and was an alum of our school. From 2022-2023 I experienced the most emotionally and physically draining experience trying to protect the women on my team against men. I had no clue what I was getting myself into. I didn’t want to be transphobic and I was friends with a lot of the LGBT+ students on our team. But every college and university in ultimate frisbee has different language and preferences when playing mixed ultimate and playing against trans or non-binary people. I have played against countless men. But I choose wisely. I don’t pick the 6 foot guys. If they are around my size, and there are NO OTHER women on the field I bite the bullet. Sometimes I don’t even get a choice, and any player can start to defend me. I’m still trying to figure out my future in this sport. I love it. But even in WOMEN ultimate, I have faced male players who dominate the field.

Dude just wants to win, and competing against women is easy for a man. Of course, the constant celebration of his identity doesnt hurt. Also, I struggled with suicidal thoughts. A lot of people do. Thats not the real problem.

I am a former athlete and worked hard to get myself in the type of shape I needed to be as a catcher for my high school softball team. Prior to this I played baseball as the only girl on the team. Once in Junior High age, I decided to switch to softball to play with fellow girls, and noticed right away how much easier softball was for me. My High school baseball team did try to get me to join their team, but I was realistic in the difference between them and myself, and the difference in things like how much faster baseball pitches pitch, bases father apart etc., and knew I would be able to progress to get as good as them later in our High school years. I also played soccer and sometimes we would scri.mage the boys soccer team, which we lost substantially and ended up with more severe injuries than when we played against girls. The list goes on... To then think I would have been forced to change in a locker is also very disturbing. On top of all that being a victim of sexual assault so many times would have made it even more uncomfortable for me.

When you wrestle with someone, you are literally grabbing every part of their body, even reaching between their legs in their groin area. The biggest problem that I have with a lot of these conversations is that it is always happening with people who have no scientific background no biology background no medical background. I am a nurse of 20 years and I know good and well that hormones do not undo any structures that have happened post puberty, I also know that a lot of these people who are identifying as trans are also opportunist or simply just looking for some type of fame or validation. They’re not true transsexual individuals yet all of this back-and-forth on this subject, we’re acting like people don’t lie people don’t take advantage of an opportunity, Dylan Mulvaney, who was a failed actor all of a sudden is now a millionaire for simply identify as trans. And the problem is the fact that it has now become political makes it that much difficult to deal with it because rather than politicians shutting it down, they’re using it as political capital to take sides just to keep their seats. Just look at how there's not much voices/concerns from biological males saying trans are invading their space and rights. Also the whole restroom/SPA thing bothers me a lot, too. Restroom is a place for you to deal with physical needs, not mental.☁

My thoughts on male-female competition: if a woman wants to compete with men, so be it. But it should be consensual from all involved. In short: “mixed” competitions (in addition to separate male and female) might be the answer. If a man doesn’t wish to compete against women, that should be respected and admired rather than looked down upon as sexist.

I got a theory on why letting biological males dominate women's sports has something to do with bringing back traditional gender roles to society. You know, sports are most commonly associated with men and boys as a stereotype, but when women and girls started to compete in their own categories , that stereotype seemed to be broken. But when biologically male transgender athletes started to compete in women's sports, and the more trans athletes started to enter women's sports. And the less biological female athletes in women's sports, and eventually all of women's sports will be taken up by biologically male transgender athletes, thus making sports 100% male like it was several decades ago

I'm a relatively small build 5 7 male who didn't play a lot of sports growing up. My wife is also 5 7 and was and still is very athletic and into many sports. Even still, when we play on coop teams together or one on one squash for example, there is no denying my significant strength and speed advantage. Pound for pound, we are clearly built differently. My wife actually quit playing coop volleyball because the males on the team often spiked the ball too hard and she was struck in the head causing injury.

Fr when I was younger I once trained to become a lifeguard. There was this one guy in the class who always outswam everyone, when I asked how he swam so fast he just said ‘I don’t know, I just swim’ he wasn’t super buff or anything, just average. Me as a woman, would train after class for hours, swim on weekends, changed my diet, worked out more and gained muscle… and yet I could never pass this guy when doing laps. I came to a realization that I’ll never biologically surpass that guy, no matter how hard I tried or changed my lifestyle. Even if I was trans and identified as a man, I’ll still never surpass this guy. It’s upsetting that they are allowing a trans woman to compete with biological women to begin with, she can identify as a woman yes, but she still has a man’s body at the end of the day, of course she will surpass everyone else!
