I work a SUPER demanding, stressful, awful full time job so I don't have a side hustle, but one of my friends transports elderly to doctors appointments and shopping. She charges a nominal fee but most of her clients give her a substantial tip because they're so happy to have reliable transportation. She's made some good friends doing the transport thing too! One very wealthy elderly widow even pays her to go out to lunch or dinner, and pays the tab just so she has some companionship. It's not for everybody but works for my friend. And when you're good to the elderly, they tell their friends so finding more business is never a problem.

I gave piano lessons for five years until I got fed up with teaching. I don't really have a side hustle now because my job pays enough for everything I need.

During the covid lockdowns, I just worked doing deliveries and dishwashing for cook preps for local restaurants and work as a ranchhand gaining new skills while going to school. Saved up money and now live off dividends while finishing up school.

Curently enlisting in the Airforce, but I have an extensive background in carpentry. So my main side income would come from painting, vinyl floor installs, drywall patchs, basic handyman stuff. Made more money doing that on the side then my FT job. Hard part is finding connections, hopefully the airforce will open a door to many new connections and I can take my grant and start my own buisness.

Boot/shoe/handbag repair: Im a retired shoe repair shop owner I moved to the country put a sighn out on the road I have plenty of customers coming. People are looking for ways to save money and im filling that void a decent pair of work boots cost around $200. I can fix them for allot less and save them money. As a semi retired shoe cobbler it works for me. I never have to leave my home they bring everything to me so its a win for everyone.

Certainly seems like you found a nice little niche there. All the customers come to you and you can do the work from your own home- very nice.

I work as a heating engineer in the uk as my “9-5” job. I do side work fixing peoples central heating outside of my job. I discovered early on in my career I have a good ability for problem solving, more so even than some of my more experienced peers. I’m particularly good at fault finding on electrical issues and I often get other engineers outside of my job calling me up and asking me to come a find/fix problems on heating systems. Not sure if that counts as a side hustle but its a nice amount of extra income.

Hard to find side work when people are broke.. Don't matter your skill set if everyone is broke. Best way to have extra money is to stay home more. Cook your own meals stay single cut out all cash flow to females this frees up 100s per month. I do brake jobs on the side fixing broken brake lines that shops don't want. I am a painter for my actual income been in the trade 40 years i am a spray guy not many have this skill set either hard to find a good qualified spray man who is good an cares takes 20 plus years to be even decent
