Pumpkin is a superfood from North America, incredibly popular around the world, so today I want to make an unusual and delicious pumpkin cream soup with parmesan and green tea. Yes, I decided to experiment a bit and added brewed green tea, a little, about 100 ml. I liked this light herbal aftertaste that appeared in the dish. And I'll tell you how to make cheese chips at home. You will see how easy it is. Use these parmesan chips for decoration, and sprinkle the finished pumpkin cream soup with freshly ground black pepper. While the season is in full swing, be sure to include pumpkin dishes in your diet!

Ingredients for pumpkin cream soup
750 g of pumpkin
3 cloves of garlic
3 sprigs of rosemary
1 st. l. green tea
250 ml of water
50 g of parmesan
200-300 ml of milk
1 st. l. oil
pinch of salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste
Step-by-step recipe for pumpkin cream soup and green tea
I used 750 g of large and sweet pumpkin. Cut it into arbitrary pieces, the main thing is that they were the same size. Place on a baking sheet, add 3 cloves of garlic and 3 sprigs of rosemary. Sprinkle with oil and add a pinch of salt. Cover the form with foil and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, on the convection mode top / bottom for 30 minutes until the pumpkin is ready.
Make green tea - 1 tbsp. l. in 250 ml of water. Remove the baked pumpkin from the oven and remove the rosemary. Transfer to a blender bowl and mash until smooth.
Then pour 200-300 ml of milk into the pumpkin. Pour in gradually, interrupt a little and then add more, depending on the consistency you want to get. Add salt to taste.
Pour about 100 ml of green tea. If you plan to eat the soup right away, you can not return it to the stove. If you keep for some time, it is better to turn and bring to a boil.
For chips, grate 50 g of parmesan on a fine grater. Arrange the cheese slides on a baking sheet with parchment. Place in the oven on the top level for 3 minutes to melt the cheese. You can bake a little less, make sure that the chips do not become too golden, then it can be bitter. Remove as soon as the cheese melts and hardens slightly. When serving pumpkin cream soup, decorate the plates with Parmesan chips and freshly ground black pepper.
