Amazing house! Still enjoy The Sims 3 more then The Sims 4. Way more options to edit your house...

watching this makes me miss the sims 3 build and buy mode so much. aspects of the sims 4 are improved overall but i much prefer the sims 3 customization and variety of items. and the ability to pan out and see/go to anywhere in the world rather than the certain chosen buildings in certain areas. ugh i miss it!

Man you are really great at building, I suck so badly. All my houses I build are big sqaure boxes and I just suck lol

Been playing this in my game for the last 4 1/2 hours, and I like it. Nice flow, pretty etc. Only two things I would say is that - the house suffers space-wise in as much as it has little room for hobbies/skill builders. I was able to put an Alchemy Lab & sculpting block in the back of the garage and a chess table in the living room but after that I was stuck. Secondly, if they have people around there is the potential for room blocks, people just get in each others way. Other than that a good pretty & cosy place, if a bit pricey.

I like small and simple houses, they're so much easier to play with in live mode. I like building the more complex ones, but these are much more practical and this one is really pretty :)

interior designing is my favorite thing to do in the sims and in real life!

i'm watching this in 2018 & I've only played Sims 4 (b/c I wanted Sims 3 but by then S4 was out so I thought it would be better...) & there are so many things in S3 that I'd like in S4 - like terrain, garages (& cars), bunk-beds, & that adorable corner-fitting shower! We need these so bad - if only the shower & bunk beds - those could be in a stuff pack. I feel like (as I've been watching S3 videos for a while recently), I'd like the graphics quality of S4 (esp. for the sims themselves) but with the build/buy items & interactions of S3. And the open world. I really am starting to feel they dropped the ball in making S4.

I really love your speed builds. It always fun to watch. My question is could you do create style tutorial? what I mean is how do you plan furnishings, do color for one piece, copy and paste to the rest of the furniture?

I love renovating sims 3 homes! One of my renovating rules it to try and get rid of ONLY the furniture, not the windows and doors and all that good stuff.

It does have a coastal feel.

I have been watching your videos lately about the sims games, were you build a beautiful houses. I used to play sims 1 back in the day, but haven't played since then now I want to get back on track. Should I buy sims 3 ( the starter pack, includes two expansion) or should i buy sims 4. I haven't heard such great things about sims 4, no swimming-pools ect. What game should i buy, I really like to build and make houses and small families.

i have a good way of getting a flat cabinet and slanted tv, use moveobjects on then get a coffee table big enough and have it flat then slant the tv and the base will be hidden, it can be hard so you have to use a big coffee table or put two coffee tables together but it could work... i hope this help and you read my comment :)
