This is the final version of Plymouth Isle. This version includes some minor improvements over version 3. It is available in two different flavors, a blank version, and a version with community lots included. The blank version of the world requires Island Paradise, Ambitions, and Late Night. The community lot version is not limited to any expansion, stuff, or store packs. It is also recommended to have Pets and Supernatural for the community lot version.
You can download a save file that includes all of the houses placed into the world. You must have Plymouth Isle v4 With Community Lots installed to use the save game.
All of the houses and community lots are available to download separately. You can find those downloads in the descriptions of the videos where I create those lots. See the playlist where I have all the house build videos here: • The Sims 3 House Desig...
Please note this world does not come populated. The save game is also not populated.
This world does not include any custom content and does not require the use of any mods.
Please don’t re-upload this world and call it your own. You can share save games, but please credit intothesimulation as the creator of the world and all the pre-built lots, and please provide a link to my KZfaq channel and to the original download page.
Installation instructions and a numbered map of all the lots in the world are on the download page linked in this description.

This is awesome!!! I would be SO thrilled if you remade the Sims 1 Neighborhood (the final version with all expansions). Someone had already practically finished a very authentic recreation, but then for some reason stopped right towards the end 😱. They made all the project files available for the community to finish the project, but as far as I've seen, no one has of yet. Would you... be my hero? 😅

This is amazing. I have been endlessly searching for a New England style world. I downloaded Greymont Bay but it was just too much for my PC to handle. So I started editing it a few days ago by removing hundreds of trees on the empty world. I got frustrated just now and just happened to come across a video of yours that mentioned Plymouth Isle (2+2 - Plymouth = New England) and I flew to download it. Now I don't have to delete hundred more trees! This world is seriously perfect. I love it so much, thank you thank you thank you!

Oh my goodness, I can't believe it's officially done!!! You did SUCH an amazing job on this world, Josh, and it's been an awesome adventure watching from start to finish! Congratulations on accomplishing such a huge project, especially all by yourself, incredibly outstanding job you've done!!!! Hello I want to tell you a big "bravo" for what you did. I watched almost all your video about Plymouth Island, from create a world to the final trailer (not the houses, because I prefer community lots). I just download Create A World and I found you by chance because I was searching some tutorial about how to use it, and I spent hours watching your job. And it's an incredible job ! I just have Late Night and Island Paradise (+ Riverview and Dragon Valley) but I'll try to use the blank version and decorate myself. You gave me some ideas ! So again, bravo.

It's beatiful,stunning,magnficent,picturesque!You did an amazing job.I have no words anymore to describe it.I'm here from the start of the series and to see this island finished,in it's full glory is incredible.I'm sad that the series has ended,but you did inspire me to make my own world.I do need some help as it seems a little bit complicated for me.Also, I might look for some tutorials!🤷♂️😄I thaught about making something looking like Appaloosa plains but with a coastal New england vibe.🤗

My sims 3 runs terribly on my old pc (I really really need to update it) but this really makes me want to sit through the 45 minute load just to play here and not wait to replace my pc. Plymouth Isle has to be one of the best creator made worlds I’ve seen.

Well done for this crazy job, it's been over a year since I followed your work on this map and great respect for having managed to finish everything you wanted to do. Thank you very much for downloading :) I take this opportunity to ask a question because you may know. Is it possible with the CAW to modify a map (like yours for example or any other to enlarge it, add routes ....) and then be able to play it in the game or not is not possible, please ? Thanks in advance for the answer and well done again.

Heyy Josh, Would you mind listing the Store Content used in this world? So far I have seen the most-used store content from the Collectionne Stäncke (couches & chairs), Ultra Compilation (ceiling & wall lights), The Now and Then Century Manor (Windows), Midnight Hollow (doors and the selling pedestal), Aurora Skies (dining chairs) and Roaring Heights (minimalistic bookshelves) Am I missing something or is that all the stuff used in the making of Plymouth Isle? I have a question, I downloaded this world and the save files and I have all my EP, SP, and Store Content but some of the Store Content does not show up in the world while others Store Content does, I made sure it all installed in my game. Does anyone else have this problem and a possible solution to this?

Do you also experience lag or frame issues? the sims 3 was rlly poorly coded and runs like shit no matter what but I have a 2000 dollar gaming laptop and still get lag and stuttering... I love your worlds though.. I have boroughs burg and I love all the little details and how fleshed out it is... Idk what to do.

Hi! I just downloaded this beautiful world and I'm really looking forward to play it, but unfortunately it won't let me run it with the houses included 😅 I downloaded and installed the world with community lots, and then saved in "Saves" the Final Game folder with the files, but every time I try to open a new game as I'd do with any other world it only shows the community lots in it and it's sooo frustrating 😪😪 any help, tips or advice would be appreciated, thank you!!

Hi there is no save file anymore. Originally I was having trouble putting all the houses in the world so I made a save file with all the houses in it. Since then I was able to save all the houses into the world file so there isn’t the extra step of installing a save file to get the houses. If you go to the download link, the file you download from the download page will have everything in it.
