i really hope that you understand... for crappy bad english in this video :/ and hope you understanding what im doing...
to save a shot.. example: find your start potition press "ctrl + 5" than find your end potition and press "ctrl + 6" now just click on those numbers (5 and 6) to get a smooth camera movements.. why not add a more potition by press "ctrl 7" and so on....1 - 4 dosent work... use this when your at the free camera wiew...
hmm... questions about my competition:
1. when do we have the result?
- in about 1 - 2 weeks..

Guys, if the camera speed change doesn't work for you, do what I did. Delete some packages from your mods, some that you dont need... there is usually one mod that is preventing that from happening. Just take your time and find that mod, it works ! :)

@Neashaleigh to do a video creating a house... i need to do another tutorial its really advanced stuff... but if you search for "time lapse" on google... you should find what sort of video technique im using.. its a lots of screenshots... ^^

@Simsstory2011 You have to be in free camera mode, do this by clicking tab. Get in your positions that you want to save, after that you do ctrl + 6 or watever. Stay on tab, and click the numbers. It should work.

@Neashaleigh it also depends on wich computer you have! if it a older computer and you record a big house.. it will be little laggy... try to use on a smaller lot/house :)

@N185L135 No worries. I hope it worked for you, and I made a mistake. Don't check all the boxes underneath, only check the boxes underneath "Allow" not "Deny. Hopefully you figured that out already though.

@HeyFromEst I FIGuRED IT OUT! Okay, so what you do is edit the lerp deration to however long you want but save it to the desktop. Next, there should be one copy of the camera file on your desktop and one in the ini folder. Delete the file in the ini folder and replace it with the file on your desktop. ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!

I am having a problem with saving the file to change the lerpduration. It says access denied? Great tutorial! I finally figured out how to use the saved shots for my videos! I love all your houses and videos! Keep up the good work!!!

Hi can you do a tutorial on how to remove the black borders at the sides of videos? I always get them when I've recorded my videos and upload it to KZfaq, but have no clue how to remove them

@Chrillsims3 Yeah my computer is around 5 years old, maybe a bit older, and despite several upgrades, it just can't seem to cope with high quality graphics. I can't afford a new pc, so I have to make do. Did you see my newest video using the camera techniques you showed? I will try your suggestion and see if that's any better. Thanks for commenting!

you should save elsewhere and make a backup of your original video camera, then replace it with the new one you saved at first. I know I'm pretty late to reply to your question. it's been 6 years, but yeah :D...

@HeyFromEst I had the same problem but what i did seems to have fixed it... 1. copy the Document (not cut) onto the desktop 2. delete the original Document (the one that is not on the desktop) 3. change the 'lerpduration' to whatever you want 4. drag the Document back into the folder it was first in and that should work. I really hope this works :D

Oooooohhhhh OK. OK so the lerp does work, just have to be playing to actual game in free camera mode(tab key) save your screen shots, and voilà! Haha. And for those of u saying that when u press 'q' and it tells u u want to quit, u must be in free camera mode to use the down camera mode by pressing the 'tab' key first.

@Simsstory2011 Hey! To make something like that "happen" make sure you are in "video mode" :P So that means, you must press the tab button, and then press the number :) I hope you understood and I hope I helped :)

an easier way to change the seconds is to go follow your directions, but instead of clicking on "INI" click and drag it into your tray and then any time you need to change it itll be there :) HAPPY SIMMING!!

If any of you are having problems with saving it because it says that it is read-only. Just right click on the file, properties, then you should see tick boxes that say hidden and read-only. uncheck both of them. there you go, hope i helped! :}

Very good and helpful video. I'm so happy I founded this :D But I have this small problem that when I try too save the 'video-camera' fill, in the 'Ini' folder. It says that I can't.. And I have no clue what to do about it.. do you what I can do about it? If you understood that.. sorry for bad english.. But a very good video (y)
