Fun fact: they had to cgi the candles after the first film because the candles’ flames would melt the thin wires that held them up. And the wax dripped on the kids😅

P.S: I don’t know if I have a favorite movie. I usually say the 3rd and 6th movies because those are my favorite books. But I’ll go with the classic and timeless Sorcerer’s/Philosopher’s Stone as my fav this time

The staircases DO move in the books 😂 it is said in the books. Also, my favorite movie and book is Prisoner of Azkaban.

Amazing build! If I’m not mistaken, you mentioned you hadn’t read any books past the first. It’s mentioned plenty of times that the staircases move!

Potter nerd here, they actually do mention the moving staircases in the books just not in an obvious way, "You can't come down here!" Ginny was calling to the crowd. "No, sorry, you're going to have to go round by the swivelling staircase, someone's let off Garrotting Gas just along here -" Order of the Phoenix "There were a hundred and forty-two staircases at Hogwarts: wide, sweeping ones; narrow, rickety ones; some that led somewhere different on a Friday; some with a vanishing step halfway up that you had to remember to jump. Then there were doors that wouldn't open unless you asked politely, or tickled them in exactly the right place, and doors that weren't really doors at all, but solid walls just pretending. It was also very hard to remember where anything was, because it all seemed to move around a lot." Philosophers Stone

17:10 if you slightly change the sizes of some window by a few decimal points so each window is at a slightly different size that should stop the glitching.

This and also you can use the gravity pull to just slightly move one of the overlapping windows. That's what I usually do and it works perfectly!

This is fantastic - your attention to detail and use of the TOOL mod is so impressive, and the fact that you’re keeping faithful to the movie set speaks to me 😄🥰 I love trying to accurately recreate things in the sims. Looking forward to more of this series, and can’t wait to see the Chamber of Secrets! P.S. I’m a Hufflepuff, too 😊

Everytime watching your videos I am impressed with your great passion and patience to do all these little details one by one 😱 I see why people love the Prisoner of Azkaban film. I think that film is rely good but for me it is hard to choose favourite one 🤔 Maybe Chambler of Secrets? I read all books many times and definitely my favourite book is the Goblet of Fire. Film is good too, but not the best. Looking forward to see all rooms and other video parts 😍

Watched this just before hearing that Robbie Coltrane, the actor of Hagrid just passed away today. It's so sad. Harry Potter is so many of our childhooods and Snape, Hagrid, original Dumbledore, and Narcissa Malfoy have died already (that I know of).

As you know at this point of the sims 4 history SO many have created Hogwarts and by far yours is the best! It has made me want to binge the entire franchise.... again again again... My favorite Harry Potter film is either the first or the second ones. I can't choose and it is purely because of the nostalgia that comes with re-watching them. they're directed by Chris Columbus, who also directed so many of my fave childhood films from the 90's and early 00's. The third one I must admit is my least favorite. Also I'm a Ravenclaw so thanks for letting us win 😂😍

This build is amazing. I've been to thr studio Tour 3 tines now I think. Been in the Great Hall itself. The sets are breathtakingly beautiful defo need to visit it if you're in the UK sometime.

Respectfully, please stop giving attention to the HP series when JKR literally tweeted two days ago that she doesn't give a damn about the public's view of her because she gets fat royalty checks. Sure, she's not getting royalties from this video specifically, but stuff like this keeps HP in the public eye. There are a large portion of the few comments on here that are like "this makes me want to watch HP!" Like, keep paying transphobes, I guess... Have a nice day :)
