Really wish that the sims would put little tags on the recent clothing as “new!” So we don’t have to scroll and detect which one is new or been there

When I see English in the Sims, I just pretend it's a foreign language my sims don't actually understand. Like buying a T-shirt with Japanese on it when you don't speak Japanese, or those mistranslated English shirts you can see in non-English speaking countries.

You know what I'd like? I'd like some cute silly tattoos that line up with the Sims occults like a vampire themed tattoo and a bonehilda, death, flowerbunny... Weirdly I think a father winter one would gross me out but I'd love if they were really graphic and quirky. I love the llama and the cowplant.

Its nice that they fixed the really aggressive Sims thing, it was actually hard just to make a friend in the sims

I went in and gave my gamer sim all the Mass Effect merch because I always had her play Density Effect, so it actually made my game play more immersed.

As a Dragon Age fan it makes me so happy to hear Kayla say she thinks Nugs are cute!

I really wish that the sims would add gameplay for tattoos. It would be awesome if you could have your sims go to a tattoo shop to get a tattoo. I feel that same way about piercings…😌

I want a tattoo pack or career. I think that would be awesome. Maybe that's just wishful thinking, but I would absolutely adore it. I'm trying to become one myself and this would fit nicely in my Sims saves.

Hearing Kayla say she hasn't played Mass Effect or Dragon Age... makes me want to watch her play them both so badly-- but I can understand how massively different from her usual vids so I know it would never happen but damn... a girl can dream haha!

I'm so happy about the aggressive Sims fix. The free pack announcement right before the Free Sims 4 change is what got me off my butt and actually playing rather than just watching videos all the time and I thought it was just me at first! I've been obsessed with Sims content for years and I really thought that I knew how to build friendships and romances after watching so many let's plays - I almost tripped over the cat getting to the computer when I heard about this SDX drop yesterday!

I really really wish that when that notification of “new stuff incoming!” Pops up they would then list what’s being added or provide a small picture? If it wasn’t for Simsie I’d have no clue of the new random stuff like this and I even follow the sims socials.

In my legacy save, I didn't know about the overly mean thing and my current legacy sim's husband (a Goth) started being terrible to everyone and I got so mad I had them devorce and made him move in with his step son hahaha oops. Sorry Randy, RIP.

I hate the fears system. My sims literally get the same fear of dead end job every single day they go to work. I delete it, and it comes right back the next day, even when they get promoted. Super frustrating. I would prefer if there was a way to turn off just fears, because I like the wants.

thank GOD they fixed the mean interactions!!! i kept trying to make friends by adding a bunch of nice interactions to my sims queue and speeding up time, but my sim started doing mean things and i couldn't get anyone to marry lol

I also don't like English text on my Sims clothes. Sometimes I even edit CC with English text for personal use to replace it with Simlish. It just feels more immersive

I didn’t know it was a bug- the overly mean sims started for me right after I got the vampire pack so I deadass thought it was bc my sim was a vampire 💀

You know what I really want to see, more festivals with more clothes. Maybe a bundle or fashion festival and you can buy clothes with simoleons instead or buying a whole new kit with real money. I love the kits and stuff , but there’s something about limited edition festival stuff I feel so happy when I get to collect them all

For me, the Moschino collab makes just as much sense as these new items. Both are perfect for Get Famous gameplay - Moschino gives you clothes for wannabe celebs, fun modern decor, and a photography career, while the SDX drop gives you items to enhance a gamer storyline, which works well with the video station. Between the Sims pack and their Target collabs, Moschino markets to anyone with disposable income. (A lot of us have dropped much more than Moschino hoodie $$$ on this game.) Plus, I feel like there are a lot of 'aspirational' Sims players, who build properties and create storylines they're financially unable to have access to in real life. The EA items, while fun, are essentially self promo. 100% agreed on the Simlish, though.

I think there was a beaded wrap bracelet with a tassel added too! I found it yesterday while looking through CAS, and it appeared to be base game but I'd never seen it before.

Now I know why every time I made a house hold everyone was just so mean to each other 😆 now I’d like to know why my sims won’t use the bathroom sink in anyone’s house!

Im still having issues with my sims forever having fears. I do the necessary steps to beat the fear, get the moodlet but they still have the fear constantly. One of my sims even gets afraid of the dark /when it's day time/

YES! I mentioned this just the other day to someone that it is getting ridiculous that I can't have my Sims maintain relationships and it makes me want to quit. I spend so much time trying to build relationships between my Sims and if I'm not watching them *constantly* like a hawk, it goes down! Like, I'll go to the 2 Sims that I have talking to each other and I'll see that they're insulting/yelling at each other for no reason! Even lecturing toddlers when they're just minding their own business, and then I get an angry moodlet. So frustrating. The fears as well are rather difficult to handle, but at least I know how to get over most of them

the aggressive sims pissed me off!! the relationship between my sim and her newborn daughter literally was horrible. it was like 20/100 and it would never go up and every time she fed her or did whatever it would go down or stay the same. it would never go up and her twin sister had a full relationship with the mother and father. it made no sense i was doing the exact same thing and even more to the one with a lower relationship just so it could be higher. i’m excited to play now that it’s fixed.

I know it's not that noticeable because it's early 10's/late 00's styled, but most of the old basegame clothing is relatively high end fashion brands, not too far from mosquito.

Ran into the mean sim bug once mainly because I looked at Reddit before updating and found out about a workaround using MCCC and the one time was because I deleted the config when updating said mod (Thankfully I noticed just in time and used the M hotkey to warp them back to Newcrest then redid the workaround before anything too bad happened to the relationship)

Wholly agree on the things that have English on them. I never use them because it instantly breaks immersion. I would much rather have the exact same thing with Simlish so it feels like it belongs in this world.

i'm so happy about the aggressive mean sims have been fixed because i was doing the 100 baby challenge and everyone has grudges towards everyone because i couldn't keep track of them all at the same time

In Mass Effect Shepherd the protagonist is a member of military N7 branch. The Nug is a pig like creature from Dragon age often kept as pet by Dwarves and found underground where the Dwarves live but they can also be found on the surface.

The vital thing to know about Mass Effect and Dragon Age (as well as Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic) is that they were Bio Ware. Bio Ware is a gaming company started by doctors who felt that choices in video games just didn't have enough overarching consequences. Every choice in their games, generally "good" and "evil," has massive consequences, even several games down the line. In the ME games, a choice you make within the first three scenes of the first game creates story changes in the third installment. That's just an example. Mass Effect is a space opera where Commander Shepard tries to save the universe. You can actually play it in The Sims 4 on the console. It's a sci-fi game. Dragon Age is a fantasy game loosely based on GoT. DA: Origins is a political thriller disguised as a zombie game. The second game is fewer zombies and more politics. DA: Inquisition is a lot of politics while explaining the central theology of the world.

When you showed the nug shirt and the other dragon age content, I literally squeed. Can’t wait to use it in game!

As a player of both the Dragon Age and Mass Effect games (all 3 for both) I was very happy to have these.

Thank goodness they fixed the Sims being overly mean, my sims relationship with her husband has been quite difficult when he's just randomly being so mean to her for no reason. It doesn't help that they're both hot headed so they were both yelling at each other all the time, but I'm so happy it's fixed

Oooh this is really cool! I love getting more plain things like the t-shirts, it makes my sims feel a bit more realistic, in comparison to having a bunch of more polished things that a lot of the time don't fit a sim's personality or interests

Any new content for free makes me happy whether or not it's quality or not. But imagine adding like a bunk bed that has drawers built in to the steps instead of a ladder with like a a gaming set up underneath it. But the bed Swatch is representing lots of games like fortnight or ea sports or really popular games on it so it's like your Sims can have a bed Swatch on their bunks beds

I just picked up sims 4 because it was free. And I thought sims constantly insulting people/getting insulted was a feature meant to punish me for not being on the ball regarding conversations. Which I found annoying. Interesting to know it was a bug.

While it would be cool to see the logos in Simlish as well, to me having the Roman alphabet/English words in the game is no different than manufacturers in other countries that use different alphabets creating merch with English logos or slogans on them, using our alphabet. That happens a lot in our world. And sometimes, if the manufacturers don't actually know English, that also leads to hilarious mistranslations, just like some people here in the US who get tattoos with Chinese characters on them, thinking they say "Good Luck" or something like that, end up accidentally getting a tat that says something entirely different because the tattoo artist drew the character(s) incorrectly. If anything, I think it would be hella funny if EA were to replicate that sort of thing and put some mangled English on a T-shirt or tattoo because some Sim artist who doesn't actually know English got it all wrong!
