recipe:
Dough ingredients (8 pieces): 350g high-gluten flour, 150g low-gluten flour, 350g water, 14g butter, 3-5g dry yeast, 7g salt, 7g sugar
Pulled pork: 3 pounds of pork belly, 1 onion, 1 garlic, 2 bay leaves, 1 orange, a 450ml can of beer, 1 tsp allspice, 1 tsp salt, appropriate amount of chili powder, cumin powder 1 tablespoon, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, appropriate amount of black pepper

这绝对是真的墨西哥面包,我也非常喜欢它的口感和味道,平时去逛老墨超市的时候肯定会买几个,刚出炉的那就别提多香了,即便是刚吃过饭都能轻轻松松塞两个呢,今天在你这学到了,收藏自己做。谢谢🙏

美女,能试试用普通甜面团做“虎皮面糊”盖顶上的那个面包吗?平常这虎皮面糊都是用在法棍面团上的,甜面团不行到底是我的问题还是这事根本不能呢?

今天打算照這個配方用麵包機來做,感覺材料少油還蠻健康的,我特喜歡早餐吃法棍,老師真的教我好多美味的麵包!最近很想吃香蕉馬芬,可是看材料都要加很多油,感覺不太健康,因為想減肥,又想吃美食,上次我做了發糕代替馬芬!謝謝老師的大愛分享~

隔天吃可以在面包上稍微喷一些水,然后放在烤箱里面230摄氏度烤3~5分钟左右,再吃外皮还是脆脆的
