I have a theory - Taka is young time traveler Jonny, and he learns all of modern days Jonny's parts so in a few years he could go back in time and play everything perfectly again

So lovely! Last time, we discussed about Jonny's board for this tour and since the video of "The Opposite" at Laval came out I concluded that you are very lucky (but smart) 🤣. I'm not aware if you know about what happened (you probably do), regardless, Jonny's board went out and the techs tried to troubleshoot by removing a pedal and it didn't work out at all so they replaced the whole board with a spare (backup board). On the footage you can clearly see the tech removing an Origin Effects Cali76 Compact Deluxe from Jonny's main board and after the board was replaced you can see that the backup board has a Tortenmann/Telenordia TK-23 Kompressor instead. It makes sense because Radiohead's/Nigel's favorite compressor is the Universal Audio 1176 so it makes sense since the Cali76 is an exact clone of that compressor. So you're lucky because you bought it back when the November-December Tour was happening and by the time Jonny was using the Telenordia but you couldn't find one haha, so smartly you bought the Cali76 and now Jonny has one! instagram.com/p/Ck9WxfWrVTg/?img_index=2 kzfaq.info/get/bejne/fpxypZuZtrbVg30.html

I commend you for doing this Taka, I can barely even do that bend, let alone play the strings on top of that.

Hi Taka, would you be willing to share your patch with me? I have been trying to create similar effect but couldn't deal with the complexity of Max. It would be great if you could share. Thanks in advance.

I see. No worries man. I just couldn’t find anything online to help me create this kind of effect. I’ve got some help from TKOG page but that was it. Not sure how Jonny and you managed to loop a single chord and somehow pitch shift it. Is the record button somehow activated by the Toadworks true bypass pedal? If not how does it know when to start and end a loop? 🤔

How are you getting the strings in here? The song sounds empty without them, is there a backing track?
