He's a nice gentlemanly and considerate guy. I really admire his patience. Putting up with those high-pitched, hysterical squeals while focusing on greeting as many people as possible, taking pictures and signing autographs has to be overwhelming. On the other hand, I understand the fans' excitement. Being close to him and getting his attention must be amazing, but..... I wouldn't be able to handle that.

I'd understand these people's reactions. Meeting Mr. Orange, Trevor, Emil Blonsky/Abomination, Pumpkin, Ted, whatever you want to call Tim Roth, would be amazing. But here, some people were overreacting that they didn't get high-fived or getting a photo or signature from Tim. It would be a dream to meet him, but I was too late to see the TIFF 2019.

What is the rush, he admits he doesn't watch the premieres he sneaks out.

All actors (or most of them) do it. I've been to several screenings or premieres and they greet the crowd, but after about five minutes they leave. Some go to a kind of cocktail party where they meet the distributors, top executives of the production companies or audiovisual companies that acquire the rights (if the premiere is in another country), directors who want to have them in their films or the privileged VIPs who have access to the aforementioned party. Others go to dinner with local directors and actors. It depends on each actor.
