Every scene between Skip and Puss is awesome. One of the best aspects of Season 2, IMO. Watching Puss struggle with his betrayal and cope with his situation was always interesting.

I liked Skip. Louis Lonbardi did a great job playing Skip. You can see how Pussy changes every time he interacts with Skip. At the end, the show got really interesting when Skip had to warn Sal that he was only a cooperating witness and not an agent.

I like how the sopranos shows how sometimes the feds can be just as ruthless as the mobsters. They got literally every single one of their informants killed besides Carlo, and from what we saw they basically pushed them all to death besides Raymond.

Skip was one of my favorite feds on this show. It was too bad we never saw him again after the Season 3 premiere. When I first saw Season 2, I initially didn't fully understand the first scene where he's talking to Pussy in the car-and based on the way Skip talks (i.e. his accent, lingo, and attitude), I actually thought he was another mafioso character.

Yeah I met a guy who was a bit entangled back in the 70s when he was younger. Fortunately he had some wits, got out, moved away, and then he and his wife started doing nature / tour guide shit. He said every couple of years he'd be back in his old grounds, connect with some, you know, people from back in the day, and see just right the choice he made was. Did anyone ever catch on to Skip's reaction when he asked who the car operation went to at 1:07? Puss says Junior gave the car operation over to Ray Curto, which as we all know, Ray was an informant and the car operation was actually taken over by Tony. Skip gave Puss a look knowing that he was lying, but Skip couldn't say anything to Puss about him lying because he had to protect Ray form being found out. I never caught that little moment to just now watching the replay.

This is why I don’t think Jimmy was an informant until right before he died. I think Curto had long been an informant & they flipped Pussy after he was busted for heroin to use him to verify the information Curto gave them. Pussy was giving them the run around so they approached Jimmy after they arrested him for the second time. They knew he would be more willing to cooperate. After Jimmy was whacked they put more pressure on Pussy.

I used to own a house with a cemetery right over the back yard wall. People used to ask me if I minded living next to a cemetery, and I used to tell them my neighbors are great, they don't make a sound, except every once in a while, at night. At 6PM they shut the gates. After that, we used to do barbecues over there, and the kids used to climb the trees and play hide and seek. That was a great time.

Is it a smart move for Puss to be talking to an obvious FBI agent on his balcony which overlooks a large expanse of land to which the public has access?
