Oh it's Mineru's VA from Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Heather Gonzalez rules with her range that I couldn't recognize her voice. It's really nice to see the cake event return! It was a fun event! Also Street Urchin cookie being a protector of the town is something I didn't expect.
