In regards to Crandall's headache. If he is drinking plain water, he has probably flushed his electrolytes and needs to be drinking something like Propel or a dedicated electrolyt replacer. He needs salt, magnesium, and potassium. And maybe other things too. I enjoy your daily vlogs and look for them every evening. 💖

Please think about draining the laundry outside into the yard. It’s just grey water. It’s good for the yard and gardens. You can grab a roll of black 1&1/2” flexible pipe. Put a clamp on to the washer drain pipe. Run the flex pipe thru the wall to the outside. (Seal around the hole. ). Then take a pitchfork or drill and put holes in it. Wherever you have a plant or just randomly. Now use duct tape or a cap with another screw clamp to plug up the other end. Wallah u have a sprinkler hose. And that water is no longer filling up your septic tank unnecessarily. I’ve done this at every house I’ve owned for the past fifty years (even in town to water my flower beds around the house).

God bless y'all I have a suggestion for your back door the especially the door with the big glass in it you can buy vinyl stick on in different styles we did ours in stained glass look it was very easy to install we did it for safety and one day we had a wind storm and one of the patio chairs hit the window and it shattered it but it stayed in place the man that replaced the window said it was very good to have the vinyl on the window I had a cousin cut his arm very badly when he was a teenager he is about 70 years old and he still has the scar just a thought God bless y'all keep doing what y'all do just saying 😎..

I saw this neat idea on Facebook about 4th of July sparklers and I thought of your boys. Take a regular carrot, not a baby carrot, stick the sparkler in the fat end and light it. Kids will be able to hold it without the sparks hitting them because it will be farther from them. Crandall, you need a cool cloth around your neck to help you in the heat.

Crandall, just a suggestion. When he is running the auger, have him keep it running when pulling out. That way, the dirt is coming out with it. I guess Maverick will have to be supervised with markers. Only at the table, only when someone is watching him. That way he learns the responsibility. Busy parents for sure

I wonder if Crandall got some of the long sleeve fishing shirts that also have spf in them, but they keep you cool. Tell him to message Lester. Even he started wearing them. Also, when Crandall is out working like this day, he also needs to eat something to keep his blood sugar up. My son and I are hypoglycemic, and that happens to us both if we don’t eat something. I know when you have a debilitating headache, eating is the last thing you want to do, but trust me it helps. Also, when lying down with the headache, we put an ice pack on the back of our neck, and another one at the location the pain is shooting from. Stay Safe out there Crandall! ❤

I saw something about getting permanent markers off things. Hopefully google it and see if there anything that will lift the markets you have. I also remember a post about mounting a large roll of brown paper, or whatever kind you can get, on a wall so the kids can use crayons, not markers to draw with. My youngest grand kids drew all over every wall in their house. My oldest two drew on the inside of their sliding closet door in Navy housing, no less. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. They were maybe 3 to 6 years old at the time. We were there 2 years. I had absolutely no idea.

Crandall, you should try drinking Gatorade instead of water. It sounds like you need the electrolytes. I'm glad that you are listening to your body and stop working when you get a headache, caused by the heat.

Crandall needs to drink Powerade or Gatorade, or something like that. Electrolyte drinks, the heat as awful, humidity makes worse as you know. Great video

Crandall, you need to add electrolytes to your water. SaltT, LMNT, Liquid IV are all good products that will keep you hydrated, and your electrolytes in balance. That way you won't get headaches. When working in the heat you sweat out all your bodies salts and minerals and you need to replace that to stay hydrated. 💖🙏💖

If you are dehydrating, try drinking Liquid IV! Water is good, but the liquid iv will also replace the salts, and nutrients that you are sweating out. Just straight water will flush out whatever you still have. One of the good things avoid the Liquid IV is that they have multiple flavors you can choose from. Stay safe!

Crandall should get some Liquid IV to put in his water since he will be out in the heat. You can get them pretty much anywhere. They do recommend to only drink one per day though. It will help with hydration.

Just a pinch of celtic salt in Krandalls water will help with hydration.

He needs to take Gatorade with him because he needs the electrolytes to keep him so he doesn’t get the headaches. Get lots of them. I worked at a power plant and we drank that all the time. We would fix a 5 gallon water cooler with it. So get him some electrolytes.

Oh my goodness, a busy day for both of you. With Maverick, I think sometime now you’re going to have a little bit of a problem because his brothers are getting older and more independent and wanting to do things for the first time by themselves. And they’re going to be getting more attention because they are doing things for the first time. Their older brother has alwaysbeen the first in everything, so he’s giving up a little bit of autonomy and this is going to be hard for him. You seem to be balancing it out so very well, it’s not easy, but I can’t see anything wrong with the way you’re coping Well, done your first day that’s achievement sorry about the heat, but I guess it comes with the territory lol

Use a hair spray product to wash the sheets or wd40. See if either one helps remove the markers. Dont mix it with other wash. Maybe a sink project. Dont put in dryer it sets the stain permanently Repeating process may happen.

Crandall is sweating and loosing electrolytes. Water alone is not enough to replenish those. If he can't drink electrolyte water then he should take some potassium tablets possibly. Having a headache is a sign of not having enough electrolytes. I hope he adds this to his workday.
