Answer at 42:00, the unrealized mind can't recognize/discover an ultimate perceiver outside itself and the unrealized mind also can’t recognize the ultimate perceiver inside itself. The unenlightened mind recognizes only itself. The mind only recognizes such state in which it is.

Why is Osho so different thou?

One of the core premises of spiritual inquiry and awareness is that whatever you observe, perceive, recognize, and notice cannot be you, cannot be your true Self because it comes and goes, it’s ephemeral. Even the observer, perceiver, and recognizer as the cognitive self also arises, maturates, develops, and changes. The states of the personhood and state of the presence are also both observable, variable, and are some mind constructs as well. It’s the psychotherapy, the creating a new,, calm, and happier personality and then one fells more mentally healthy.
