What an analysis! Personally I've been conducting an extensive research on Quantum computing for some time now, - quite a lot of time and have a found pretty interesting application. 1. QUANTUM IN CRYPTOGRAPHY AND CRYPTOCURRENCY. See where I'm going? Quantum computers have tremendous power to solve computational puzzles. This makes it perfect for generating hashes and blocks in the BlockChain. Also this power can be applied to Web 3 softwares and apps, as it can efficiently and perfectly encrypt/ decrypt data better than existing systems. As a matter of fact, I'm building an algorithm for one of Dwave's quantum annealing system which could revolutionise the emerging world of Crypto and Web 3. Unfortunately I couldn't acces Dwave's LEAP and run my softwares due to my geographical location, but I thought I could share my research Cheers!

This analysis is really interesting. It reflects a general questioning of the field of quantum computing. I believe that quantum computing needs to move out of the realm of physics and find real applications for businesses. One surprise, however, is the interest in communications technologies. I have the impression that this is one of the preferred ways for these technologies to start being used. It's a real surprise.
