Stuart K Hine has been cycling through the Carpathian mountains for weeks when he arrives at Anna’s village. He is already halfway through composing the words of a song that will one day be sung all over the world, and what he discovers here will inspire him yet again.

I visited Stuarts home in the '60s on a sunday afternoon when he lived in Berrow/Somerset, he played this hymn on his piano as my parents sang a duet, while I did a jigsaw on his table

Stuart K Hine -the most amazingly deep voice.I remember as a child he sang this hymn at our Sunday lunch dining table when he was speaking at South Park Chapel in the 60's.The most beautiful words and I've heard it sung in the lee of the Carpathian mountains in the Ukrainian village of Okli. It's a wonderful song - but for the sake of truthfulness (and giving credit where credit is due), the hymn was originally written in Swedish by Carl Boberg, then translated into German and Russian. Stuart K Hine then translated it into English. You can even see this clearly stated on top of the score sheet that opens the video! en.wikipedia.org/wiki/How_Great_Thou_Art
