How refreshing to see a remodel that actually takes the original structure and features into consideration! Most of the current renos-for-resale gut the place, make the interior a white box and cram in as many "top of the line features" all for the sake of appealing to the largest buying pool. By the time they're done, a Victorian, a Colonial and a Mid-Century home will all have identical interiors. Seeing your work shows you CAN update a home for sale while maintaining the original intention of a home, maintain a budget and still make a sale. Subscribed so I won't miss your next projects!

Thank you! We really want to break the seal to attainable design, helping people with their homes. A lot of what we see online is subsidized so it doesn’t reflect an accurate budget.
