At first glance, you'd be forgiven for thinking this aircraft is photoshopped... but it isn't!
The BelugaXL is a development of the Airbus A330-200F and is part of the latest of Airbus' 'Super Transporter' fleet of six which is to one day replace the existing smaller BelugaST aircraft fleet of five.
The BelugaXL is 30% larger than the BelugaST and is capable of transporting a pair Airbus A350 wings, unlike its predecessor.
Powered by 2x Rolls-Royce Trent 700 turbofans, the Beluga XL has a maximum take-off weight of 227,000 kg (500,000 lbs) and can cruise at Mach 0.7, approximately 450+ mph.
