I was really disappointed with Billy Strings playing the high hat up until about the 8:00 minute mark, I'm sure he had fun, but his guitar playing after that was an awesome mix of rock and funk, that let me smiling. Jay

Took some shrooms at this one. When Billy walked out in a SpongeBob shirt and hot pink glitter nails I laughed for a solid ten minutes. And then he got on the drums. It was just fun to be had all around. Way too good. So glad I was there

Imho, sounded like they cutt Billy's solo off going back into the lyrics mid jam like that, he hadn't peaked the crescendo yet... idk maybe he gave a signal the video didn't show? Still a gr8 jam, jus sayin...

Yes, a bit awkward, I agree. I could have used a lot longer of a Kang solo too. Whole song seemed to be “on the fly”, which is still cool.

Seems pretty obvious to me. Vocals started back in and BS immediately hit like 3 wrong notes to get the hell outta there. Not a fan of his tone on that PRS guitar either. Shrill.

@@BirdOnCats Agree Billy should leave PRS to Mayer. He plays an electric so infrequently that it just doesn’t work.
